      I made an appointment for a meter review in regard to a lead line.The appointment was for today between 12 and 4 pm,At 3;!5, I called to see if the tech was still coming and was informed the appointment was cancelled. I wasted half a day while Veolia did not have the professionalism to call or email me with this information. Apparently, my time has Zero value!Shame on you Veolia Water!

      Im extremely disappointed with Veolia Water. They shut off my water after just "two months" of missed paymentswithout any clear shutoff notice on my regular statements. I checked my statements carefully, but only after the water was cut off did I find that they had sent a **separate letter**, which was easy to overlook. When I called to make a payment and get service restored, they casually told me they would try but were **closing at 4:30 PM**meaning my **young children had to eat supper and go to bed without baths** or a working toilet. Completely unacceptable! additionally, I also requested the **annual water quality report**, which they are legally supposed to provide. I asked both by **phone and online**, and I **never received it**. Veolias lack of transparency and poor customer service is shocking. **They should do better for the communities they serve!**

      i have a bill from Veolia for over $2,747.61, which is extremely unfair and havent gotten any reason why it is so expensive, they have shut the water off once in the past few months with little children living over here which is very bad. The name on the account is ****** **** . i need help.

      Good afternoon, hope this message finds you well, We received a notice on the door that our water will be shut down if we don't call this company Veolia, We called them and they came to change the meter with an electronic one in our house, We have been paying quarterly on time over $180 monthly and there is just 2 of us here at home. Our water usage its minimum and for my surprise we just received a bill for $2121.32 !! with a due date of Jan 2, 2025, We are just devastated with this bill, How am I suppose to pay for this ??. We are not asking for free water , all I'm asking is for someone to help us with this unfair situation and to get someone to investigate this matter to correct this predatory behavior and to put an end to this company , We have seen numerous complaints online and in ****** and other blogs about the same issue and it seems like this company its taking advantage of this community and we demand someone to look into this and get this company to stop the bleeding and to please help us get our bills back to normal. This is not only unreasonable but impossible to pay. Please reach out to me or my husband if you need any info. I Look forward hearing back from you .Thank you in advance for your assistance in this urgent matter.

      Moved in new home oct 23 , first few bills around 76$, Then no bill ? , then got bill for over 300 called they stated I must have a leak , next bill 600+ , Had plumber out as they asked no leaks inside or out of house, no pool , , Then the stated needed to change meter, in mean time keep getting solicited for outside pipe breaks insurance from Veolia or sister *** , Whats going on here , Yesterday they shut me off, Got new bill 76$ again, mmmm whats going on , they want to force me into buying there coverage. They let pipes go and now want us to replace it for them , they charge a maintenance fee for years but did no upgrades . Unfair business pratices.

      VEOLIA water is a HORRIBLE company!! they are sending me a bill with a different meter number. which is 3 times the amount of water I am using and than the locked my water meter what is a different meter number what is on the bill telling me that did is my bill I need to bay not even welling to sand someone down so I can show the meter number is not the same that what's on the bill

      Horrible! This company has been dragging on the process for me. Nothing but stress and money down the drain. Nobody ever wanted to give me an appointment it was always a round a round of giving me tasks to try instead of just sending someone out.We couldnt even find the meter! How did they not know but are quick to tell me about their smart meter well where was it?! Took a while to find that!Ive been searching for this leak for months now! The moment someone finally came and we found the meter he opens it and sees the meter is off! So we sent it in for testing and now they claim that the test is showing the machine is accurate! Yet we are online checking this so called smart meter they stand for and seeing how our water now isnt running all night after being replaced!!! Its been over a week and havent heard from the supervisor who was suppose to call me back. Its obvious that the machine was off and tracking our water correctly and yet we have to pay for this?!

      This year our water bill were extremely low from Veolia Water of **********. When we received our sewer bill from the town, it states we owed $0. My husband called them to see if that was a mistake and The ************ Municipal said if the house isn't vacant than something must be wrong with the water meters. We called the Veolia and they realize something was wrong and changed the water meter after 2 visits. We were getting low bills and my husband even told Veolia this a couple times when I mention this to ***** from Veolia she said she saw no records of this , and she heard me ask my husband and he said he did, ***** than said our records do show you called about it on August. .We thought because the apartment was vacant and new tenants were more careful with the water usages. Veolia said that they didn't get any water reading since Jan 2022 - Nov. 2022 and are going to bill us for the usages based on the year before usages. I told them many times that one apartment was vacant from 2nd fl Dec 2021/Jan2022/Feb2022 and the other apartment was vacant from 1st May 2022/June2022. And ***** said that it doesn't matter they have to go by the last year usages. So, if it was empty for an entire year of 2022 we still be charge for the amount use for the year before. That's robbery. Veolia is making us pay for something we didn't use. I told the customer services on the ***** (12/13/2022) that you are charging water that we didn't use , if you are going to base it from the year before. And she had the nerve to say we should've told them the water meter was broken,, and I told her we didn't know we were still getting water bills but it was low.
