Ordered item on May 15. $23.98. It was delivered on May 20. Wrong product was delivered. I called several times left messages with my phone number and order number and I was told by an automated machine that I would get a call within ******************************************************** through email. I'm trying to get an RMA to return product and get a refund or get the correct product sent to me. Force Factor takes allegations of non-compliance very seriously. In response to the above-referenced complaint, the product sent and received, ProbioSlim Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies is the same item that was ordered.
The customer ordered ProbioSlim ACV Gummies on 05/15/2023 through Groupon. She received ProbioSlim ACV Gummies with an updated label however the ingredients are exactly the same. Customer was made aware of the terms through Groupon, that this is a final sale.
We apologize for any inconvenience the customer may have suffered. We trust that our actions satisfy both the consumer and the Better Business Bureau and consider the issue closed. Please do not hesitate to contact ** with any future inquiries.
