I got your number from ****** reviews. On Tuesday March 25 at approximately 3:10pm my car got towed in front of me , my baby and my two sister in laws. This took place in the vicinity of the north end of ******. My meter still had 10 minutes left and there were many cars parked behind me. We approached the tow truck driver and asked him if I could please get into my car with my baby since he had not begun the towing process yet, he claimed that they would there would be street cleaning later therefore my car would be towed . There were several cars behind me and none of them got towed. We even waited around for a half an hour to confirm. We called the police in front of the man and pleaded that he not take our vehicle since that was my only car seat and I needed it in order to get my baby home, we even begged him to let me take the car seat out of the car and he proceeded to block the door and not allow me to do so. Therefore they left us stranded with a small baby who needs a car seat in order to travel at just two years old. Walsh towing company on ****************** in ********* is a disgraceful company. I was a mother alone with my baby and two friends without a car and no car seat in order to go get my car from the tow yard to reiterate the situation. My car was not yet he couldve easily just driven away. To fast-forward my mother is in a very dangerous area to obtain my car back , the ****** car wreaked of weed and other paraphernalia. She was told many people get robbed here and to beware . The entire situation is beyond disgraceful . I am looking for my money back and justice from this horrible company who robbed me . They didnt street clean , I was told they always do this and only my car was taken as they mistook me for a weak vulnerable mother protecting my baby .

On 5/28 I was traveling home on the ****************** access road. I passed through the set of lights and proceeded to merge onto 93 S. As I was getting ready to merge one of their tow trucks came up on the right of me (not in a designated lane). I put on my brakes and he cut in front of me and side swiped my car. The State Trooper, Trooper *******, came to the scene and said I had the right of way. I also had an adjuster come and look at my vehicle and he told me that since I was stopped it shows because the scratch lines on my tires are straight and they would have been circular had I had my vehicle been in operation. I have been attempting to call their office because when we exchanged papers I took a copy of the operator's license and registration. The registration lists the insurer, but not the policy number. I have been calling, texting with **** Walsh, Office Manager (and owner?) and I am not receiving any information back. I am now going to be out $500 deductible because they will not provide me with their insurer's policy.

    Business Response

This is a lie. They were beyond the light both moving in 2 lanes. She admitted that she wasnt sure how far back they were but were after the light

she thought it was the merging part of the 2 lanes which was not the case.
its 2 lanes until after the barrier they were attest 2 fire truck lengths before this  point

she hit the rear quarter of the tow truck

truck information was provided to her insurance company

this is why she ***** received a callback

    thank you

    FAQ

    Regards,

    *******

This is not a lie, it was determined I was not at fault.  Their tow truck driver cut me off at the merge point.  There were 2 lanes of traffic (I was in the right lane) and he was to the right of me (in his own made up 3rd lane) cutting in front of all of the traffic that had been waiting to merge.   The State Trooper who came to the scene told me I had the right of way.  Also, the inspector informed me that the scratch marks indicated that I had stopped as I had stated as the scratch marks were straight and if I was moving they would have been circular.   However, after days of trying to contact **** Walsh with no response, both by myself and my insurance company, she finally provided information AFTER I filed my complaint with BBB.

Monday, September 4th I arrived to ******. My sister had obtained a parking pass prior to me arriving, I put it the front left corner of dash. Tuesday, September 5th, I go outside at 6:30am & my car is gone, while being in valid parking spot as well as having a valid dated pass. I arrive to business at around 10:20 am, pay the cash required, & then begin questioning the 2 women working on why my car was towed. I was told 2 different answers, one was for street cleaning which there is no signage stating such & having checked with my property management we do we have that service as stated. I was then told the pass was expired saying the 9/9 looked like 9/4 which both ************** disagree that it looked as such. I believe they set me up & illegally towed my vehicle from a lot I was legally allowed to be parked in. I have heard from several other people that this has also happened to them. What they are doing is wrong & corrupt & shouldnt be allowed to continue. I will b filling a complaint with the *************.gov ***** complaints because this should not be allowed to continue. The workers are unprofessional, strung out or high, extremely rude & hostile with the people trying to leave the lot & actively using their body to block you in the lot after youve explained to them that what they did was illegal & they should not have been charging me. Its all on their cameras if they actually actively work or save the film. I really would like to see something done as I have seen some complaints not resolved when they were going through the same issue. I have also attached all of the signage inside the parking lot.

They are very corrupt. They only take cash if it's not the ************** charging, like for instance a street cleaning tow. I was in a private lot and they mislabeled my tow as street cleaning instead of trespass and still refused to take a debit card. The prices are wildly made up. For having my car in the lot for less than 8 hours it cost me 146$. What's worse is they don't give out change, so if you overpay, they keep it. Q
