    When the ramp truck operator hooked up to my *** 330XI they tore out the bottom of my rear passenger side strut, bent the control arm and destroyed a plastic cover under the rear of my vehicle. I filed a complaint form detailing the damage, I also showed the receptionist pictures of the damages. She said they would call me back. They never did respond to the damage report. I called 3 times to resolve the problem . I was hung up on three times. The last time was after I asked if they were insured.I've been without a functional car for 16 days to date. The car can't be driven. They should pay the estimate amount plus the cost of a replacement plastic under cover.

    Car was towed by this company over two weeks ago, resulting in the damage of a brake light. Called the company the same day I picked up the car, and was told I would receive a call back within 2 days. After not hearing back, I have subsequently called 4 other times with the same message that Ill get a call back, still with no response. The management of this company is a joke, and they clearly do not take their jobs with a remote sense of responsibility. Having lived in this neighborhood for decades, its a travesty this place is still open, and can blatantly disrespect community members like this. Im hopeful someone will do the right thing here, but that would be shocking at this point, so most likely will have to seek other means of compensation. The city should shut this place down ASAP.

    I am submitting this complaint against D and D Towing for causing severe damage to my vehicle during a tow on 10/12/23 and their subsequent refusal to address the issue professionally. The tow resulted in critical damage to the vehicle's suspension and frame, confirmed by an automotive specialist, which has left my car unsafe and inoperable. After numerous attempts to discuss the incident, I was met with evasive conduct and was ultimately denied access to insurance information, contrary to standard business practices. This behavior by D and D Towing not only represents a serious breach of towing regulations and consumer protection rights in ************* but also sets a dangerous precedent for vehicle safety and consumer trust in such services. Their failure to follow standard procedure in the event of property damage is negligent and indicative of their unprofessionalism. They should be held accountable for their actions to prevent future consumer detriment.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint, however I submitted a complaint to the state ********** of ****** Utilities, and they contacted the business to get me the information I needed. So for anyone who had an issue with this place, SEND A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE ********** OF PUBLIC UTILITIES. I was surprised at how responsive they were and they took care of it. It's a shame that D&D Towing does not operate with any integrity.

    Company has a bad reputation for damaging the cars they tow and employing tow drivers who abuse substances. When my friend and I realized that I got towed, she told me to make sure I inspect the car because she has personally experienced a damaged vehicle during a tow with this company. They towed my two week old brand new car and damaged the front fender. Ironically I was taking pictures of my car the previous day and have photo evidence of the area being I damaged. The tow driver who I spoke with was barely able to walk and not able to have a coherent conversation when he got out of the truck and was obviously under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I went into the yard to check my car and noticed several scratches on the white paint showing black marks underneath the paint job. The desk associate wouldnt let me speak to a manager as it was 6:30pm and he didnt want to be bothered.

    *** on the phone at ***** towing was completely disrespectful to me. She told the that 7 eleven is responsible for my 75 dollars when her company took it and made the mistake. I want my 75 dollars mailed back to me.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They took 75 dollars from me and did not wish to resolve. They were extremely rude on the phone and with the whole situation not accommodating
