      On February 12, 2025 I made a purchase from Boston ProShop's website, specifically to purchase Bruins gear. When I received the items, I noticed that one of the hats which was meant to be adult size was much smaller than the matching children's size I received. I initiated contact with the Bruins Proshop by calling numerous times leaving voicemails for someone to call me back. I finally spoke with someone named ******* when she answered on March 11, ********************************* to email them with a photo of the items and that they "would take care of it and would be able to talk to me over email about a solution." I emailed that day with a photo of the different hat sizes. No one ever replied. I tried calling again on numerous occasions and left voicemails. I followed up these phone calls with emails dated: 3/24/25, 4/9/25, and most recently on 6/9/25. I ***** have not received a call back or an email response. I have been trying to receive a replacement hat (this was meant to be a birthday gift for my son back in February) and at this point I would appreciate a refund. The hat in question cost $40. I can provide copies of emails as well if needed. Perhaps someone will respond to someone of authority at this point as they are not responsive to customers.

      On January 11th I ordered two Boston Bruins hoodies from the Boston ProShop for a total of $107.61. The order # is #******. The one hoodie for $75 shipped 4 days later and was delivered, however the other hoodie (totaling $29.99) in the order still to this day has not been shipped. Ive sent a few emails, called the store itself several times, and even left voicemails; all with no answer. I would like to either receive the hoodie or just simply get my money back at this point. Its been 2 months with no shipment and no answer.

      Date of Transaction 11/19/2024 I purchased two items one sent was wrong. the order number ****** is on the receipt, 30-day exchange however when I try and talk to the seller the say the ** order number contains seven letters. All the paperwork only has six letters. My credit card shows purchase information with a phone number **************. When I called the number person said wrong department and gave me list of phone numbers. There is a thirty day return policy; I have been getting nowhere for the past three weeks. When I called the number, they say wrong department. I have been given phone numbers and left messages for a phone call back. 1. ************** 878 2. ************** 3. ************** 4. ************** no one returns calls numbers have different times to call. I tried the system return online however they want 7 order number only 6 on paperwork. Credit card shows reference number as 24733094325027816045494-7 I could not return the item in the time limit provided due to no contact and the right 7 order number where I have only 6 numbers. Left messages on all the phone numbers with no return calls. I have copies of all paperwork. there is a SKU Number ******* another Order ** number ********** none work. Price of product charged $40.00 that was wrong. Total order was $106.53

      Bought a Jersey for presale for the 100th aniversery game. We receieved one email saying due to a delay on the vendor's end, they would not be in time for 12/1. I am just looking for a update of when they will be shipping. every time I call they do not answer. They do not answer their email, they do not answer their website question form. When I ask a store *** in persont they lie and say the online store is not the same as the in person store and to contact them via email. I just want some answers on where my expensive $600 jersey is.

      Date of transaction 6/17/24 Purchased wrong size shirt, emailed customer support who instructed me to return for an exchange. I paid to return the item and they have not exchanged, refunded, or returned 8 email and 4 voicemail inquiries for a status. Item confirmed received by business on 6/22/24, photo attached. Business has my money, the merchandise, and refuses to communicate.I want the correct size that the representative stated would not be a problem in the attached email. A month has passed without any communication or resolution

      I placed an order for a Bruins Centennial 3x5 flag and other accessories amounting to over $150 a week before Christmas 2023. To this day, May 30th, 2024 I have yet to receive any of this merchandise. The only Centennial merchandise I've been able to get is from the two games I attended this season, and unfortunately I just don't have $400 to spend in the Pro shop alone when I'm at the garden these days. I really want to do one more merch haul before this seasons stuff isn't available anymore but I'm afraid I will never receive it in the mail. This store robbed me all season as nothing has showed up in the mail. Extremely disappointing as Fanatics quality has always lacked and I can't even get a response or a way to contact anyone from this store

      On December 21, 2023 I ordered online from this business and received a email confirmation of my order.My order number is ****** a ************************* Fanatics Fast Break Replica City ********************** (Size XXL).Total cost is $96.55 and it was never delivered and I was never contacted about the status on the order except the day of the purchase I received a confirmation at the email I listed above.This is a birthday gift for my daughter and I would still prefer that this item be shipped to me as soon as possible because her birthday is tomorrow. When I tracked the order it was showing January 15th as the delivery date but now it is not showing any information.

      I placed an online order with bostonproshop.com on December 14th 2023. I ordered two items, one was shipped and one was not. I've not received any communication from them at all regarding the unshipped item. I've spent an inordinate amount of time the past few weeks trying repeatedly to contact them. They do not respond to emails from their site's contact form and they NEVER answer their phone or return messages left on voice mail. And today, Wed Jan 17th, their voice mailbox is full, so you can't even leave a message that they won't return anyway.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint, however my package was finally shipped and has been delivered. I made several more attempts to make contact after filing my complaint, with zero response. My final attempt was a ******** DM. One hour after that I received an automated email saying my order was shipped, but no direct response from them whatsoever. In my opinion they are deliberately avoiding direct contact with customers. I have no idea if my ******** message directly resulted in my item being shipped or if it was just coincidence. Had they responded even once acknowledging that my order was delayed and given me updates, I would have had no issue waiting. Instead they just completely ignore you so you have no idea what is going on. Therefore, even though I did finally receive my order, I stand by my complaint against them.

      12/05/23 I placed an order for a jersey on December 5th of 2023 their website states items are shipped with 5-7 business days I have gotten no confirmation the item is shipped and my credit card has been charged and I can't get through to a actually person because their number says the voice-mail is full I ordered this item for Christmas and live in ***** I don't understand how a item can take so long
