      Bought some shoes in December, had to get a refund cause I was sent the wrong size. Placed the refund in January **** and got an email saying my refund had been processed on Jan 19 but didnt get my money. I sent emails and ofc got no response, I called to ask if it would be a problem since I changed my card but my acct number was the name so they said no that there shouldnt be a problem. No one told me you should have received the money by now but here I am Feb 22 spoke to 3 people including a supervisor and they are telling me I should have received it and thats it just deal with it. 0 stars you would think these big companies would better but I see they have 1 star anyway. In addition you can barely hear what they say and when I said I spent $100 with you guys and I cant receive my refund *************** says it was $97 like that makes it better ?

      I placed an order for my son on 11/3. I received order confirmation stating that my order would ship within 2 business days bc the shoes are available . Here I am, 11/14 after speaking with 5 people and my order still hasnt shipped. Its still showing processing which is the first step. I wished to cancel and purchase elsewhere bc I needed the shoes by a certain date but unfortunately I cant! They claim I can not cancel the order bc its past the 1hr timeframe to do so, but they cant give me any updates on shipping either. I was told to call back after the 5th business day. Upon doing so I requested a supervisor which stated that although its past their shipping timeframe, the order CAN NOT be cancelled. I can return to sender once shipped for a refund. I explained to them that I can not cancel the order, they dont have an idea when Im getting the order, which left me to purchase shoes in store. Now Ive spent money twice. I was told the order would automatically cancel itself after 30days. I dont have 30 days!! Its the holidays!!! I explained that this was unacceptable and not fair to me as a customer. I was offered a discount code for the inconvenience only after I suggested it. This is poor customer service and bad business. How can you not have any order updates after 11 days and refuse to right your wrong! Also the agent I originally spoke with was not on mute and stated that this woman wont get off the phone! All I want is my money or my sons shoes $167! At this time I have neither!!!! New Balance needs to change its policies to something that makes sense. It seems theyre aware of the poor service they provide so they have this flawed cancellation process in place!!!! Horrible company

      Ordered shoes on NB website told 2to 5 day shipping. No email of shipping after 7 days I called. I was told they may ship 7 to 10 days from now. And they said no refunds and said if I dispute thru PayPal and they dont agree with me. It would take me a very long time to ever get anything. Customers have rights and should not be threatened the only thing I did is bought from them which was a huge mistake. What a horrible company. A disgrace they have no regard for a customer who paid ****** for their shoe.

      Received a gift of a new balance shoe (in lower case because that what their quality is). Kept the shoes in the box for sometime. Putting them in use end of September 2023. In two hours of using the new out of the box shoe from new balance the sole on both sides came apart. The company said they couldnt do anything about it because the model has been discontinued. But the shoe was brand new out of the box. Terrible quality and terrible customer response service. Please dont give new balance shoes as a gift.

      I ordered 5 pairs of shoes from New Balance(NB) and returned 4 of them on the same day. Confirmed shoes were received on August 1, 2023 and am still waiting for a refund as of today, 9/6/23. I have spoken several times with Level 1 support, who have escalated to "customer care", and was told to wait 2-5 business days to receive an email response. ******** care responded weeks later indicating return was not received even though *** tracking proves it was. Several more weeks passed and being told warehouse is still reviewing......does it take six weeks to review a return? NB says it takes 2 weeks to process a refund.....this is already 3x times as long with no end in sight. As a loyal customer for many years, it sad/frustrating to say this, but if you buy from NB online, be prepared to lose your money.

      First time trying the convenience of buying shoes online. I know I only ordered one pair and that was confirmed, as was tracking of ONE pair throughout the delivery. TWO pairs .were delivered. I checked my credit card and, sure enough, I was charged for two pairs. I called and when I told the woman what happened, she insisted that I was only charged for ONE pair, with a slight inflection in her voice that I'M the one who's scamming THEM.. I gave the specific info about both charges from my statement, and she said the inquiry as to how this happened would be "escalated"..... I wasn't going to send them back and wait THREE WEEKS to have them credit my account, so I travelled a half hour to the closest ** store with the second pair and was crediied right away. A few days later, still annoyed about all this, I called again, and the snot-nosed effeminate male snipped, "Oh, duplicate orders happen now and then....." Like I shouldn't be concerned! What I said next to this clown is unprintable for a family customer review.....Pardon my conspiracy theory, but they probably figure half the people won't bother returning the second item and <***************> more moolah in the New Balance vault.

      I received a pair of 574 tennis shoes as a gift, but didn't wear them for 2 years. After putting on the shoes, I went out to a restaurant with friends, only to be embarrassed to the sound of what sounded like flip flops when I was walking. I only had these shoes on for 2 hours or less. I wrote the corporate office asking them if the could assist me with the matter and got a response that said, "sorry, we cannot assist you because it's been 2 years. The didn't give me any reason for the shoes looking like they were dry rotted out with the sole coming apart from the top of the shoe. At the rate that this company get shoes from Asia and what it cost for them to make them, you would think that for the replacement of one pair of shoes is nothing for a billion dollar organization. I've purchased New Balance for many many years, but this has never ever happened, so be very careful when you purchase your next pair of New Balance.

      I bought a pair of New Balance runners less than a year ago. They are falling apart. I have sent 2 emails to New Balance to complain but I have got no response. I will never buy another pair of these runners again. Very poor service

      New Balance *****. The other reviews on here are correct. NEW BALANCE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. I received an eGift card ($250) for my birthday to use on the New Balance site. While I attempted to use it on their site, the order "went through" but the actual purchase confirmation was never made, yet the money was taken out of my eCard. After calling customer service they told me they are aware of this glitch and I had to wait a week for the funds to be restored. I tried again and the same thing happened, but this time it was a two week wait. Guess what, this happened again but the wait time to get my funds back took longer and longer while the items I wanted became out of stock. When I asked customer service to refund the *************************************************** too much time has passed for a refund, even though they told ME to wait! Meanwhile none of their service reps offered a refund or discount code to ************ terrible customer experience (why would they). I used to be a proponent for for New Balance, but after my recent experience that will now change, and I will proudly seek my shoe needs elsewhere, probably Asics. The ********************************************************************** what was once such a great company. I'll comment back again this time next year when the money maybe might roll back around on my card when they feel like doing something. Is half a star an option BBB?

      I ordered a pair of shoes from New Balance, unfortunately they were too narrow and I printed a return slip and shipped them back. I thought it was weird that a week and a half had passed and I had gotten no email confirming the shoes had been accepted. I ordered two sneakers from ****** and one did not fit and I sent those back and within a few days received an email that my shoes had been accepted and a refund processed. I tracked the ** shoes using the tracking code given with the package and saw they had been accepted a week ago. I don't understand how difficult it is to process the returns when other companies can do it much faster. The website does say it takes 14 days, but how is that even possible? Horrible experience and would never shop online at newbalance.com for shoes.
