            I am a subscriber to Harvard Health Newsletters, I receive a half dozen emails per day offering additional reports for a 30% discount. When I tried to order the report, the full price came up. I sent an email to Harvard Health Publishing about the issue I received no response. I tried again to order the report and when I pushed the "Apply Promo Code" button, it charged my card the full amount of the product without offering me an opportunity to okay the charge. I feel that they are guilty of faulty advertising practices, promising discounts not actually offered when you select the 30% discount button and improperly charging my card without my consent. Pushing "apply promo code" is not the correct language to authorize an order
