Premier Property illegally withheld my last month's rent and security deposit after I moved out. I had to threaten to *** to get my money back. If I did not have a law degree, Premier wouldn't have returned my money. Premier Property uses unlawful and bad-faith tactics such as withholding their signature on your valid, signed lease, so that they can use that to force you out of your home if they wish. Lastly, premier refused to make repairs such as replacing my broken dishwasher which sat, full of putrid water, atop the wood floors in my apartment. Premier Property's laziness and bullying tactics literally destroy the properties they are supposed to be managing.

Their Fenway apartments are an absolute mess. Let's get this straight - Premier Property Solutions exists solely to produce a profit for their clients, i.e. the owners of the buildings they manage. Tenant satisfaction and actual property management are at the bottom of the list. I do not have the energy nor mental capacity to describe in full detail the amount of issues that I've encountered here. Being here has taken such a toll on my mental health that I felt compelled to write this review. I rarely write reviews. In fact, this is my first ever review on BBB. Below you will find some of the issues encountered by myself and the tenants who I've talked to. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else (unless you're a ****).1) ***** *******. While he no longer works at Premier Property Solutions, he was the bane of many tenants existence. ***** has consistently lied to tenants about when repairs would happen, what he is actually doing about repairs, and more. Will not respond to calls or emails about urgent issues for weeks at a time. He one time sent a fake text message pretending that his cell phone was a land line to avoid calls...the very same phone number he gave to us and had in his email signature...2) Cockroach and pest infestation - not resolved for several months. Still an ongoing issue. Did I mention how someone from Premier put up a sign that said, "WE ** NOT HAVE COCKROACHES. **** ******* IS COMING BY FOR A ******* INSPECTION. PLEASE ** NOT PANIC."Really man? You can't make this stuff up.2) ****** fridge in friend's apartment - consistently lied to about when a new fridge would be coming, and on the day that their fridge was supposed to come, somehow another tenant received the new fridge instead of the expected tenant...***** was not taken seriously until ************** Public Health Inspector came to visit.3) A broken dryer machine for over a year. Did I mention there's only 3 dryers total in the building? Fortunately, they fixed it. Hooray, no more problems! Just kidding. Gas company recently let the tenants know that Premier was having billing issues (read: not paying) while Premier insists that there is an issue with the gas line. No gas now for over 2 weeks. We're lucky it's summer and not winter. Can't even use the dryers without the gas. We went from 2/3 functional dryers to 0/3 functional dryers.4) Charging more than they should for property tax. Well, we're not entirely sure if they are charging more than they should. So another tenant who's an accountant did the calculations and it turns out they did overcharge them... by a lot. The tenants requested a breakdown of Premier's calculations for why they were charged the amount they were charged. Over ten follow up emails and several months later, still no breakdown. Property and building tax information is all public. Anyone can calculate it for the building that they live in. They keep dodging the issue, even when provided with a detailed calculation of what tenants should actually be paying. The tenants as a whole are considering legal action at this point, and they know. They just don't care. Maybe they think we'll forget about it? Not a chance.There are actually more issues I could talk about, but what's the point? This is just a cry into the void and an attempt at helping other people who are looking for apartments keep their sanity. Premier, if you're looking at this, don't bother replying. Just get your **** together. And pay the **** gas ****.
