    ********** WORSE COMPANY EVER!!! I planned a trip for my fathers birthday paid for all hotel and everything used all my money that I had and then I got a sketchy email saying my flight was cancelled and were rude when I called to try to get more info on my itinerary and why it was cancelled they stated the airline canceled our seats they never called me back when they stated they would and every time I would call them they never answer and they never paid me back my money I havent heard back from them all day I called over 50 times no one answered now I dont have any money to book another flight will be disputing this with my bank

    The online website of Cheapflights.com contains at least one BAIT AND SWITCH company called Bestticketfare. Cheapflights.com seems legit because it is owned by ******************** which also owns Kayak, Priceline, etc. However, this misleads the customer so that an aura of trust surrounds the other businesses this site offers. I just checked the Better Business Bureau and BBB gives Bestticketfare a BIG "F". Bestticketfare advertised a low air fare, I entered my credit card info and got an email that I would be contacted later when the ticket was confirmed. I got a phone call from someone from ***** saying they would confirm in 3-4 hours. In 4 hours I got a call back saying that my ticket was NOT confirmed, but I could buy a "regular" ticket for $140 more than was advertised (and more than a ticket directly from the airline!) I said no, I want to cancel and I want my money back. She said cancellation would only give me a "credit" with them. I said I wanted my money back and to talk to her manager. She cancelled the ticket without penalty or charge to my credit card and without a "required credit." While I had her on the phone, she sent an email verifying this and I checked that there were no credit card charges online. SUCH A RIPOFF!Booking Holdings and Cheapflights.com should drop Bestticketfare and any other ripoff sites on its' website. If it does not, then its' site supports fraudulent companies.

    First of all these people posed as ****** Airlines employees.We thought we were dealing with UA.Secondly, we agreed to the flight charges of $1540.80 each BUT no mention was made of some ridiculous additional charges of $709 and $897.They just went ahead and added those seperate charges; which they later tryed to explain away as additional taxes eg; airport tax.If we had been made aware of those charges and ITEMIZED them we would never have ok'ed the flight charges.There was never any conversation about these charges.They said later on the $709 charge would be removed but that did not happen.calls placed to cheapflightdeals.travel Apr 9, 2023 6:19 PM Duration: 22m 24s Apr 8, 2023 6:22 PM Duration: 27m 7s We have offered them $100 to resolve this but they declined.
