1 starI would give zero stars if I could ! After submitting emails and phone calls to resolve issue with gilt I receive no response . It was an international order and the gilt customer service elevated my concern twice but no satisfaction. . I ordered a dress and they sent a different dress and nobody is getting back to me to help me return this and get a refund ! This was your error not mine ! 1 starI ordered 7 purses from this store; 6 were supposed to come in one package. I only received 3 purses and even after repeated customer service calls, they were unable to resolve my issue. They attempted to gaslight my concern by saying that they checked the package weight, which they never proved to me. The package weight ******* was only 11lbs .. how can 6 purses with metal chains in a package weigh 11 lbs! Also one of the purses I got was not the one I ordered. I got a random cheap purse and not this one, which is what I ordered. I am so frustrated after having contacted you all three times. I have reached out to the bank to dispute payment. 1 starI purchased a *** bag from **** for over $2,000 back in December 2022. I never thought to question the authenticity of the bag, as **** has an authenticity guarantee for all of THEIR products (i.e., brand new products from **** retailers that are allegedly vetted versus used products from third parties that **** sells). I recently had several bags inspected by a professional and very ***utable luxury authentication company (Entrupy) and discovered the *** bag from Gilt was FAKE. I immediately contacted Gilt and informed them of my findings and provided them with the evidence letter from Entrupy detailing the inconsistencies with the bag / explaining why it could not be authenticated (also noting that the bag had never even been used - all tags were still intact, as well as the original hardware protective wrapping). ***** customer service *** I spoke with informed me numerous times of Gilts authenticity guarantee but explained that since the return window had expired, I couldnt return the itemso basically Gilts authenticity guarantee only applies during the allotted 21 day return window, which, as we all know, is NOT how a product guarantee works. I explained several times that I wasnt seeking a standard return and just wanted them to rectify the egregious situation, especially considering their authenticity guarantee.After much back and forth, I was told the matter was being elevated, and I would receive an email response in the coming days. Much to my dismay, the email response I received simply detailed, again, that the return window had closed and there was nothing they could / would do. Ive sent several response emails explaining yet again that this isnt a standard return but an authenticity issue, all of which have gone unanswered.All of that is to say, I paid over $2,000 for a FAKE *** bag, and despite Gilts alleged authenticity guarantee and providing proof of the inauthenticity, Gilt is refusing to do anything to remedy the situation.Gilt Groupe, LP

Well that is wildly inaccurate. As I said while speaking to a number of your customer service agents, I have the Entrupy letter detailing the inauthenticity of the item. As I trust you are aware, Entrupy is one of the most recognized authentication companies, with nearly 100% accuracy (as stated on the companys website). Accordingly, I respectfully disagree with your authenticity guarantee and your alleged confidence in the authenticity of my item. Further, this is the first response I have received from Gilt stating any sort of confidence in the authenticity of my item, which I believe is also quite telling. Lastly, based on the lack of response from Gilt and this being the first time Gilt has even remotely come close to confirming the item I purchased is in fact authentic, I am very much inclined to trust Entrupy over Gilt, and I vehemently stand by my initial sentiments regarding the quality and authenticity of Gilts products, as well as Gilts authenticity guarantee (or lack thereof). Based on the vast number of other reviews on this website (and other sites) detailing similar instances, it appears as though I am not the only one who has fallen victim to Gilts scheme, and I would urge anyone and everyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.BUYERS BEWARE!Review fromChristopher H

1 starIm so disgusted with this Company Gilt , I purchased an Effy fine jewelry necklace and earring. These two items were scheduled for delivery on 8/23/2024 . I came home from an appt on 8/22/2024 and was going through my messages to find out package was delivered at mailbox . I was not home at the time of delivery . The item was nowhere to be found . I called Gilt customer service and they told me I had to wait 5 days the package may show up . Yeah right . I contacted the *********** they claim it was delivered . So where is it ??????..Gilt said contact After pay . They hold no responsibility . Gilt should do better . The *********** requires insurance . **** will not help you if a package says delivered and you didnt get it . My money does not grow on trees . 1 starI canceled my order before it was shipped per policy (looks like they changed that policy after the fact) and was told by multiple agents I would not be charged since it has not shipped yet. The items then shipped and an agent reassured me I would not get charged. Supervisor then told me the agents were wrong and bc they were shipped, I will be charged. 1 starI ordered from this company a few years ago and because of the poor quality of the items I received I made no further purchases. Recently the company began sending me emails insisting I had a $20.00 (usd) credit with them to use for any purchase. When I tried to purchase shoes for $19.99 (with free shipping) **** tried to charge my credit card for the purchase, I contacted their customer service team (by online chat) and was told they would apply the credit AFTER I made the purchase. This gave me the impression that they were committing fraud because there should not be a charge at all to my credit card. I reside in ************ and there is no sales tax on shoes. Beware of this company. They have multiple unresolved complaints and and I would never give them or store my credit card with them.Review fromMelissa W

1 starSent me a used watch without mentioning it was previously owed in the description. The watch was $149. When I opened the box you could clearly tell that it was handled before. 2 starsI have purchased many items from this company and have been reasonably satisfied until my last return. I used their return label and their rules however have never received a credit or refund. Numerous emails have gone back-and-forth and they are even admitting that they had no tracking on their return label, but somehow this is my fault . Buyer aware of their somewhat shady business practices
