    I had my car (2005 ***)for repairs on this dealer 3 times in the last 5 years,,they all have been terrible experiences,the worst customer service ever,,the last time (last week) my car was there for 12 days,,my service advisor ***** ******* treated me badly,,never answered my calls,,never returned my voice messages and I had to go and see him in person to finish business,he wanted to charge me $ 1195 for a diagnosis,I disagree and he told me I was welcome to take my car to a different place,,like he didnt care,,I end up towing my car again to a different dealer,it cost me a lot of money ,around $700 in towing back and forth,,Uber,etc,,and they never touch my car,,I wasted my time and money,,just think twice and go to a different place for your cars needs please,,*******.

    Herb Chambers of Boston was completely dishonest. Had my 2023 *** M340 in there for service three times for the same clunking front suspension issue. First they crashed the car and attempted to deleted the dash cam video and also replaced a trust arm attempting to fix the issue. They drive the car after and confirm that they didnt fix it but send it back to me anyways (dash cam). Service person i talked to didnt want to fix the damage they caused but eventually agreed to replace the bumper, like they were doing me a favor... Thanks for fixing your mistake, sorry you werent able to hide it. Issue with the clunking front suspension remained. Second trip I have them on video saying to not chase the clunk and if i really care i should come in and show them, great, I have plenty of free time, dont mind drive back and forth several times especially when every tech that drives it notes the sound, says, what is that. I suggest looking at the open service bulletin on the steering rack and tie rods since the sound appears to match reports from other owners, nope that part is in good shape (get this after the tech says not to chase the problem so no confidence in this response)... tech servicing the car noted they didnt fix it the previous times but still sent it back to me. Last time more random suspension was replaced and not the steering rack and tierods even though there is a service bulletin on them... I get a all fixed response call, i ask if it was test drove to confirm its fixed, i get a yes.... looking at the *** app it was still being worked on, hood open and hadnt been drove in days... Great! These guys will say anything to get you out of the service area as fast as possible for as cheap as possible and if you actually need something fixed it WILL take many trips. I tried to reach out to the general manager several times with no response. The service department is trash, seriously do not bring your car here.

    Worst dealership ever !!! I purchased a used 2016 m235i . I had it for two weeks , when a service code popped up. I brought the car in , I was then told the car had multiple issues , adding up just under 12k . In violation of the lemon law , they waited a little over a week to order the parts for the car, as they were waiting for my warranty to go into effect. They had my car for 10 weeks , before I got it back . When I did get it back , it then had a steering problem . I brought it back , they replaced the steering rack ( no idea how that happened ) Then when I finally got the car back it was all scratched and banged up . Now they are just ignoring me STAY AWAY!!!!

    Where do I start... This dealership is corrupt ran by unprofessional women. As a repeat client, I ordered my 2023 *** M2 through this store, referred countless **************** to get thrown to the dirt over an employee "stealing" (as I'm told by *******). Not once were any of the phone calls with ******* supportive. I informed ******* of my car arriving and was told "i'll let you know what I decide" - all I can think is why would they get me approved to treat me like this at the end... must have a deeper meaning. After trying other attempts ***** (sales manager) handled this situation with zero care "any deals done with ****** speak to *******" meanwhile this women knew all along about my order but remained silent when it was time for me to pick up my car. ******* from my understanding is the owner of the dealership, brags about her position as if she's this entitled princess who's irreplaceable running her uncle's store. I could source this car from any *** store as I'm paying MSRP - the only reason I shopped with herb chambers is over my years long relationship with ******. Very unfortunate he's being targeted by *******. To care less for clients and make an internal work affair involve clients is not professional. Do yourself the favor and shop anywhere else but this store.
