The Resupply I used yesterday to remove several pieces of furniture and some miscellaneous household items turned shady fast. Upon arrival, the lead *** said he had to get pics of everything I was donating for a price. I was quoted just over $300. After submitting pics to his mgr, I was then quoted $506.55. The mgr told me on the phone that my piano was considered 5 Extra large items. I told him that was unacceptable. So he adjusted it down a little, but it was still unreasonable. So I decided to keep back 4 pieces of furniture to get the quote down $438.08. The truck they had is not even a real moving truck. It had no ramp or lift so they literally ruined the piano heaving it up in the bed if the truck and never put it back upright. Then as they were finishing up I pointed to what was left to go in the truck and I was told that those items were not included in the price. They were unprofessional, handling the furniture and goods like junk, throwing and sliding it all over, damaging wood finishes. I understood that Resupplys service was to deliver goods for donations. But after the way they mistreated everything, I now think they are just glorified junk haulers. After they left, I looked back at my receipt and saw that I was still overcharged, they still ended up charging me for 5 extra large items, but they only took my piano and elliptical. I was also charged 2 large items, but they only actually took the cedar chest. I was charged for two medium items and I understood that to be the four lightweight chairs. And finally I was charged for 6 bags and boxes but they only took 2 and refused the third. There is a discrepancy of $130.93 on what they claimed to take and what they actually took. When deducted from what I actually paid, $438.08, the total is $307.15, which is closer to what was quoted online. To conclude, their online quote was more accurate but on pick up day, they jacked the price $200. Clearly, their biz practices need another look.

Very disappointed! Thought this would be an honorable and trustworthy company. I was transparent with items I was donating and even uploaded pictures while I was waiting for hours for them to show up. When they finally arrived 2hrs later than intended they told me there would be recycling cost for the mattress, took more photos and cost came in almost 3 times higher than the initial quote. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN, WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.

Extremely disappointed. They scheduled their pick up, and then decided on the day of the pick up that they didnt want to do it, and told me that habitat did not want my items. Habitat was quite clear that they did want my items, but resupply refused to help.

Horrible service - they cancelled the pickup about 30 minutes before the time they were to come. Just, your home is too far out. Well they have the appt for over 1 week, so was this new information?? Overall, I have a couch and 2 recliners that are less than 2 years old being picked up by a junk dealer because I have new furniture coming. Do not use this company, they have been a hassle the entire time. First they misquoted me, so then I approved the new quote. And then they cancelled same day. What a joke.

I scheduled a pick-up to deliver several pieces of furniture to ********. The first pick-up time I was given was canceled due to "overbooking." The second pick-up time the driver never showed up! I contacted the business and was told that they would get in touch with the driver to set up another estimated time of delivery. I waited a day and a half but did not receive a new *** so I cancelled my pick-up. I have a very busy schedule so it took some effort to clear my calendar so that I would be home to accommodate both of these pick-up times. To say I am upset is an understatement. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Very disappointed. Waited all day for them to show up (after they charged me for the pick up) and they never showed up. **************** was a joke. First, it takes forever to find someone and then all they keep saying is "we're trying" and offering no meaningful help at all. Avoid the aggregation and use someone else.

Terrible organization. Even though I specifically listed the items I was donating on my pick up request, they sent a driver to us that said the charity did not want what we had, so they had to charge us $200 extra dollars to haul away our 3 things. All of the items were in excellent condition. I questioned a ReSupply customer support agent about this, and he said, Sorry no one told you the driver assesses whether the charity takes items or not. Ummm, no one told me beforehand because it states that nowhere in ReSupplys large or fine print! If I could give them zero stars I would. There are a many other reputable charities. Stay away from this one.

The owner of moving company was rude and unprofessional. He tried to up-charge me from my estimate for items after they were broken down to individual pieces from whole pieces, ex. dresser with draws, bed with headboard chairs with a table. When arranging for a pick up, Resupply has a criteria for how to classify items, requiring 1-2 person lift, etc; movers sent one person and charged for 2 person lift. When I disputed my final amount due, owner of moving company said to me, "life is good, he is at home with his wife and kids, and we are grown adults." This is not a professional way to talk to a customer; owners should be able to handle dealing with unhappy customers respectfully, without talking rudely to them. Using this vendor/mover is not a good look for Resupply.
