Hello, I bought some bullets from this company a year ago. And apparently they have been charging me $59.95 per month for a subscription I didn't ask for. They have been fleecing me for that amount every month for last 3 months. This is not my main bank account, so I wasn't as vigilant as I should have been. I called ************ to cancel the subscription and they obliged. So the way they get you is that when buy something from them, you are automatically enrolled into TacticalUSA on a 14 Day trial period. If you don't cancel withing 14 days, you will be charged a monthly membership. But the problem is that it is stated nowhere on their website, or at checkout. Guess where you find the information, in the *** section. Very misleading.Initial Complaint

The transaction was March 10th 2025 at 2:15am for the amount of $59.95. What a convenient time to make a charge when I won't see it until who knows when. At their website they are saying that they're not taking ****** at this time but they sure as h*** were using it when they took my money 2:15am. I canceled this subscription months before they took this money out of the blue. Just all of a sudden take $59.95 from someone but never tried to take the money before if I still had an active subscription? It makes no sense.Initial Complaint

This company is knowingly and purposefully misleading people. They send you emails sending you nice knives and other survival gadgets for simply cover shipping. Nowhere does it say by ********* in this offer that you will be enrolled in a monthy membership. I stumbled upon a page that did state they are sending us these things for s&h to enroll us in a monthly membership where there will be items chosen, that you cannot adjust, on a monthly basis for $59.95 a month. I immediately tried to cancel this "membership" however, the page where you may cancel isn't working. It says OOPS, SOMETHING WENT WRONG, and SITE NO LONGER EXISTS. Unexceptable. It should be as simple to cancel as it was to unknowingly opt in. I want a refund NOW!!!I went to ***** only to have my card declined bc of this charge, embarrassing. For the last year, this business has apparently been charging me $59.95 every month. For what, I have no idea. A ****** search indicates that others have been billed this amount every month, without their permission, for some kind of subscription. I have never signed up for any subscriptions with this company. The only record I have of ever doing business with them was an order for a single box of ammo back in December 2023. Unfortunately, the credit card they have been billing is one I dont use often, with autopay set, so theyve been able to steal more than $700 from me without me noticing.Customer Answer

They charged my debit card for services I canceled a long time ago. Then they charged my card again for $49.95 without my authorization. Luckily that one was canceled because it put my card in the negative. I just want my $59.95 back and they are making it extremely difficult to get ahold of them. I have tried to cancel my "subscription" with this company over a year ago and thought it was but they can't seem to not take out their subscription fee every month. Sometimes its more than one fee a month and I don't buy anything from them. I have never seen the magazine im supposed to have been receiving and I have told them more than once to cancel my subscription. Tactical USA on 02/25/25 alledged free ammo for paying shipping only ($9.96). I got a fraud alert email and cancelled. I read BBB and forums and found they keep charging your card for 'subscriptions'. Sure enough, on 03/10/25 they charged me $59.95. I worked with my bank (****************) who were familiar with this scam and simular ones. They reversed the charge. Unfortunately, since they have my debit card information I had no choice and was forced to cancel that card and request a new one. I now have to wait two weeks for a new one and only have access to my new debit via ***** Pay until my new physical card arrives.Customer Answer

This company charged my credit card for $59.95 in the middle of the night. I did not authorize any charge, did not make any purchase, and do not have an account with them. I visited their website and verified I do not and have never had an account with them. I reported the transaction for fraud with my credit card provider and cancelled the card. This company is crooked and steals money from people without providing any product and without their consent.Customer Answer

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They are just a bunch of charlatans running a scheme in which they hope to steal money from people who never notice the charges. They should all be arrested.
