      ****** our Picoway technician is awesome, but poorly run office and disappointing experience with other office staff and other technician, the owner tops it off. The service we got is a series of Picoway laser, this is for my husband and the drive for us to get to this place is 2 hours each way. Upon first appointment the technician (not ******) changed treatment plan with us 3 times, performed treatment on cheeks only but NOT forehead and chin, rushed us and couldnt get out of there fast enough. We did not get appointment confirmation for the 3rd appointment, but we showed up and got the treatment fine, granted we had to keep calling the whole morning trying to confirm. Come final treatment, they did not book us at all even though we booked right in the office at the end of 3rd visit, 4 hours of our time wasted and was told the owner will reach out. The most disappointing is after shared our full experience with the owner on March 13th, we have yet to receive a response as of March 29th.
