    I made a complaint about the ******** I purchased and was advised to send an email , and someone will assist me. I sent the email and never received a response

    This complaint is not related to our business. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. It looks like their complaint is actually for ************************* which is a scent company that is using a subscription based selling model. Their support email is ******************************************************** or they can be reached at: **************************************************

    Our previous website/business name was drift.COM (not *************************). We have recently been acquired and are now apart of ********* (*************), a Conversational AI Platform in the SaaS space.


    I believe the ************************* business has hundreds of complaints within the Better Business Bureau. I would try to direct their complaint to that business so they are able to resolve their issue.

    Ordered air fresheners as 2024 Christmas gifts, saw nothing about being automatically opted into a subscription, reached out to them via email at least twice and finally got a response that they would cancel, only to have them charge my card and skip ANOTHER batch of air fresheners a month later.

    This complaint was filed against the wrong corporation. The company they are referring to is Drift Goods - which sells air fresheners on a subscription basis.
