1 starCompanies response time is horrible, I had to call multiple days in a row to beg the company to fix a mistake they made on my paperwork they sent to the *********. I was promised every day I called they would fix it that day but it never happened and my business application was denied after weeks of waiting for Simply Business to correct their mistake.

1 starI went through the process of procuring business insurance through this company online. Once I had the policy I needed to make a change on the limits for a contract. I logged in and found I was unable to make any changes and would have to call. I called multiple times and each time after waiting for long lengths the call would get disconnected. There information says to email for a faster response which I did. I put in my request for a change and finally received a response letting me know I had to call yet another number to make a change. It is completely frustrating, time consuming and not user friendly for a small ********************** owner who is already stretched thin. I am still going in circles and have requested via email a phone call for tomorrow morning at 8am. I guess we will see.I would not recommend this business. They sure are quick to take your money and sign you up, but make it darn near impossible to cancel or change anything.Simply Business

3 starsI've been using Simply Business for about a year now for general liability insurance. The one big issue I raised with them after the very first month is that they provide NO RECEIPT and NO NOTIFICATION for the automatic monthly payment they pull from your card. They are a brokerage agency that doesn't even follow basic transactional tenets, such as providing a receipt for a payment, which is perplexing to me. I compensate for their accounting shortcoming by going into my SimplyBusiness account each month and doing a screen capture of the payments they've taken - a shabby work-around to a major Simply Business system deficiency that would cost almost nothing for them to fix. Perhaps this isn't an issue to them because they don't have a customer perspective or maybe it hasn't been brought up as an audit issue?Review fromShannon K
