This company supposedly has a website that imitates senior communities, health activities that are connected to health insurance, that pays the participants who enroll incentives to. However, I enrolled in October 2024 and I am very active, I should get an incentive check of $50 to $60 that's quarter one. And someone called me to update my activities, for this past quarter, which I did, but I have not received anything. Therefore, I called today to inquire about my activity checks, and after a 29-minute wait, someone answered. I was told that they are going through a new system, and the checks will be mailed soon. Well, I have heard that before. This is an incentive and website that our healthcare providers are offering for seniors to stay active. But in the world we live in today, companies and people have found a way to re-direct these funds into their own hands. Which is what I believe is happening now. And they are stealing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars from seniors.
