              I was in the hospital (**********************) from about 7/2723 thru 8/1/23.unidine is the meal provider for this facility.Every supervisor that works at this site should be terminated for incompetence.the meals I ordered was plainly marked on my meal ticket and was within my dietary needs.the meals I got was almost always missing items and when I would call and ask for them I would be told 5 minutes but nobody ever showed up.********************** health west needs to find a different meal service provider and I will be calling to make sure hospital management know what lousy meal service I got.
