Unfair cancellations policy. If they need you you can get jobs in the last minute but if you accepted the job and released that you apply by mistake because you have appointments or something important they put your account on hold. Why is that? Verify your policy Stynt for the professionals, because without us you can charged the high fee that you guys charge to the office. Very bad agency for temps job.

Very deceptive practices and cold calling dental offices saying we submitted paperwork when we haven't even opened yet and I am not even operational. They should be penalized for wasting people's time and making up lies.

Horrible customer service, they will argue you to death. Their fees are outrageous and they give their contractors a slap on the wrist for cancelling last minute yet we have to pay $100 to cancel. Also we received so many excess fees that were not discussed. They charge percentages on top of percentages, essentially doing shady business. I have deactivated all of our office accounts and would rather close my day than get a temp from them again.

I was waiting for an onboarding call for 10am im a healthcare provider. I was dealing with ****, and they were stressing about my linkedin and having to follow them and listing them as an employer- yet there were no jobs currently listed. i take my linkedin very seriously and have a lot of connections. This is also a new company i dont know anything about or know the reputation so i dont want to endorse. so i told her i dont feel comfortable listing them as my employer, but i am ready for our interview- ahead of time. i waited 15 minutes for a response. and she responds "This is the final step to get verified. its super important as when an office hires you for a job, many of them look you up on linkedin to make sure youre a stynt employee. this gives you additional legitimacy as a stynt temp. ill take note that you dont want to do this part of the process. as soon as youre ready call us at ************** for onboarding." I have worked for cloud dentistry which has been great for temping. They have never asked me to do this on my linkedin. My profile on linkedin is also private- so no one will be able to see who my employer is anyways. Its a big scam to seem more reputable before employment and unethical.

Numerous issues with Stynt taking responsibility for hygienists not showing or cancelling already fully booked schedules. Many temps cancelled same day less than an hour before first patient was to arrive. Patients also complain about the inexperienced and subpar treatment they are given. Stynt charges ridiculously high fees and should absolutely implement a system that holds both themselves and the temp accountable by assessing either a fee to them or no longer allowing that temp to provide services. Not only does an office lose a great deal of money each time this happens, but it is upsetting to patients who have already arranged their home/work schedules to come in for the appointment. Sadly, the shortage in the field right now allows this to repeatedly happen and the severely lacking customer service at ******************** takes zero action regarding the complaints. They are making money hand over fist and should be looked into.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Stynt - Beware of Hidden Fees and ********************* We engaged ******************** to support our efforts in finding dental hygienist temp work during CY4Q23. Our interaction with Stynt has been marred by hidden clauses, exorbitant fees, and a complete lack of accountability, leaving our small business in a state of frustration. One of the key issues we encountered was the presence of hidden, overbearing clauses in Stynt's agreements, which ultimately resulted in high fees being charged to our team. The poor customer service exhibited by ******************** was particularly evident when we faced a situation where a dental hygienist canceled on the day of a scheduled appointment. Despite the cancellation being beyond our control, Stynt refused to take responsibility or provide any form of remedy. In ***** contrast, if we were to cancel on Stynt, they imposed a $100 charge. Also, Stynt, under the guise of "tracking their hygienists," accused us of utilizing a temporary hygienist from another agency, claiming that we were in violation of their digital clauses. These clauses, which were not readily apparent, served as a pretext for Stynt to threaten us with baseless claims. The Director of Operations went so far as to threaten a charge of $4,500 based on unfounded allegations that we were "attempting to hire" one of their temporary hygienists. We got the sense that Stynt purposefully does not educate contractors on their policies of not being able to work at same practice via another agency so practices like our fall prey to these exhorbitant fees.We strongly urge Stynt's management to reassess their relationship with their operations team, as their actions not only pose a risk to our organization but also reflect poorly on the integrity of Stynt as a service provider. The hidden clauses, exorbitant fees, and lack of accountability make Stynt an unreliable and untrustworthy partner for any business.

Horrible service! Hired 2 people in one week and they cancelled a few hours before the shift they were scheduled. Stynt will"repost" the job but when the job was cancelled at last minute, there is no chance that we can get someone to fill the position. The fees are high and the customer service is poor to say the least.

They have a policy of hiring temporary workers for your advertised position without you reviewing the candidate or approving them. They then will charge you $100 to cancel the temporary worker and hire a candidate you approve of. Calling customer service is no help. They have horrendous fees and are horrible to work with.
