    On 10/1, I placed a dry cleaning order with NimNim *** via their app. NimNim had been recommended to me by my building's concierge. NimNim picked up my 3 items (sweater, skirt, trousers) from my apartment building and charged my credit card. Several days later, my dry cleaning order was returned to my building. However, there were 2 issues: 1. My cashmere sweater was not returned and, in its place, was someone else's sweater. 2. My trousers were not cleaned satisfactorily. I promptly filed a complaint through the NimNim app and emailed customer service on 10/4. The phone number listed on their app and website is non-functional. I wanted my cashmere sweater to be returned. I wanted them to pick up the wrong sweater. They have not complied. There have been long periods of time of non-response from NimNim customer service. They have still not returned my sweater. My last email to customer service was on 11/20, as follows:Dear NimNim,I am writing to request an update regarding my black cashmere sweater that was lost during the dry cleaning process at your establishment. It has still not been returned. This situation is quite disappointing, as the sweater has both monetary and personal value to me.Given the circumstances, I am requesting compensation for the full value of the sweater, which I have estimated at $99.90. Additionally, I expect a refund of the cleaning fee of $29.22, as the service was not completed as expected.Please let me know how you would like to proceed with this matter. I trust that we can come to a fair resolution, and I look forward to your prompt response.Sincerely,******* ******** --I have not heard any response from NimNim. Their customer service is abysmal.

    I ordered dry cleaning from NimNim for pick up on August 8th, 2023 from 11am-1pm.- 6x Dry-Cleaned Shirt - 2pc Suit - 3x Dressed - 1x Gown They picked up the items on August 8th late at a 8pm. During the pick up, they called and confirmed a Thursday delivery date.On Wednesday, August 9, I received notice via text that the delivery was going to instead be Friday.On Thursday, August 10, I contacted customer support and they informed me that they lost the suit jacket. They agreed to deliver the other items The other items weren't delivered until Friday, August 11.Two dresses had damage due to safety pins and staples. The suit jacket is still missing. Their customer support has by and large been unresponsive at resolving the lost item. I provided an original receipt for the suit jacket.I filed a charge back with my credit card company today, and seek additional compensation for the lost suit jacket.
