      I was a member of their community that was testing ******** Bard AI. I had completed testing for the weeks beginning August 28, 2023 and September 4, 2023, but did not receive the $10 a week compensation for doing so. I contacted the community moderators about this on September 15, 2023, but only received an automated response stating that they were receiving a high volume of emails and it may take a while for them to respond. Meanwhile, I continued to do the weekly testing for the week of September 11, 2023 as usual.On September 18, 2023 I received an email from them stating that I was being terminated from the community for not completing the weekly testing for the past three weeks. This caught me by surprise as it is completely untrue, so I replied back telling them as much. But after sending them this reply and several more over the past few weeks, I still have not received any responses from them except for another automated one.I don't know what kind of shoddy records their moderators are keeping, but I completed the testing for those last three weeks I was in the community and want to be properly compensated for it. I feel I had to take this step of filing a complaint because they won't even engage in discussion with me, which is shameful and dishonest.P.S. - The two pictures I uploaded along with this complaint are screenshots I took after completing the weekly testing survey for the week of September 4, 2023. When they sent the email terminating me on September 18, 2023 they said I hadn't completed the testing for the past three weeks, but these screenshots show that I did indeed complete it during one of those weeks (I did it for the other two weeks as well, I just didn't take screenshots of it).

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They are a bunch of scam artists that have no intention to resolve this issue.

      I was told that if I tested with Bard for 60 minutes a week on website that they provided, and if I completed the surveys weekly, I would be paid 10 dollars a week for using Bard. I fulfilled my end of the bargain, spent 353 minutes using Bard, and did the weekly surveys. I was locked out of my account and was told that I did not fulfill the requirements, which I did. They lied and locked me out and I did not receive ANY compensation!

      I was invited by C Space to participate in the ********************* I believe in July 2023. C Space is managing the program. For my part I was required to spend at least one hour a week in the Demo account and submit a survey sharing my experiences with Bard. In return I was to receive and did receive a $5 reward each week. In August they increased the reward to $10 dollars which I received until I received my last $10 reward on August 18th, 2023. I continued testing in the Demo account and completed the weekly survey each week until my account was terminated for failing to use the Demo Account and completing the weekly survey for several weeks. I received the first notice that I did not participate on August 24th 2023. I received a final reminder to complete the time in the Demo Account and sharing survey on September 1, 2023. On September 18th my account was wrongfully terminated. As instructed any problems were to be directed to ******************************************** and they would do everything they could to resolve your issue. After August 18th I no longer received the weekly $10 reward even though I earned it. I contacted them many times and did not hear back for 10 days. They said I had not used my Demo account. I responded that I had. The next day they replied that I hadn't completed my weekly survey but did my Demo account. I told them I never missed doing either. The never responded again. They made no effort to resolve my issues. The also owe me $40 for the four weeks I was not given credit for. I also want my account reinstated.

      This c space online community ***************************************************************** consists of testing bard (artificial intelligence for 60 minutes each week) they offered $10 per week I successfully completed 4 weeks and never received any payment, my account was deleted and no one answers my emails This happened about 1 month ago.my user is ********************** I feel disappointed because I hate wasting my time and I feel that they did not take my complaints into account so I have no choice to make this formal complaint At the end I attach the evidence where it is clearly seen that my account was active and I carried out the activities that they requested of me.

      I have not yet received a response, I sent them emails explaining the situation more than 1 month ago, I feel disappointed because c space is a company with a great reputation but in this case they have been constantly failing

      I participated in the 1-on-1 interview on march 28th 2023 for ***************** on C-Space. I was told by *********************** and ***************************** that I would receive my $90 incentive. It was not delivered. I reached out to both of them multiple times and they have not responded.

      I had been on the panel of Flavor Nation/********* with CSPACE. The panel discussions came to a close. I never received my last reward from CSPACE. I have been waiting for over a month now, still no reward. I had been with the Flavor Nation/********* panel for a long time. The panel ended over a month ago, the last reward was suppose to be sent to us. I participated until the very end of the panel. I hope to receive my last reward very soon.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I am still hoping this company will do the right thing. I know I am probably not the only pne that hasn't gotten their reward!

      I did a virtual survey for this company clear back on September 8th 2022 with the incentive of a ***** ******* card. As of today I still haven't received it. I have been in contact with this company many times and they always have and excuse of why I didn't get it. They couldn't find it in the system , there was a problem with there system and then there was I will get it in weeks. This has been going on for a month and a half. I have sent them all the emails that they sent me verifying my participation and the name of the project. Now they won't respond at all. I earned that gift card. I believe the interview was and hour or hour and a half. I expect to be paid for my time.
