    Casper was so helpful in helping me and accommodating me in my grief. They made the experience more enlightening and easier for me. The staff was compassionate and made a difficult and sorrowful time bearable for me. Everything was handled with understanding and most importantly dignity. I will (and have) recommend them to anyone I know.

    During a beyond extremely difficult time, Casper went above and beyond to ensure arrangements were clearly quoted, set up easily, and followed through upon professionally. I can't thank ****** and the rest of the staff enough for their guidance and compassion through a process I've fortunately never had to deal with before. Other funeral homes were quoting thousands more for a lesser service than Casper was providing. I'm happy I found them to lessen the burden during the time of a tremendous loss. Thank you.

    Casper was impressive with their customer service, they always answered the phone promptly and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. It was comforting to know they were taking care of my aunts cremation since I live 300 miles away! They handled everything in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with them!**********
