1 starAvoid Doge Construction Network (Blue Book) Empty Promises and Terrible Support I strongly advise against signing up with Doge Construction Network (also known as Blue Book). They made plenty of promises upfrontguaranteed training, dedicated support, and tools to grow our business. Unfortunately, none of it materialized.After signing the contract, we received zero follow-up, despite ***eated phone calls and emails. Training was promised but never delivered. Our assigned *** was virtually unreachable unless it was time to renew, at which point they suddenly became responsive.I canceled our contract and made it explicitly clear that I did not want it to auto-renew. They ignored that request and proceeded to auto-renew anyway. When I refused to pay for a renewal I never agreed to, they sent the balance to collections.This has been a frustrating, time-wasting, and costly experience. If you're considering doing business with themdont. They do not follow through on their commitments, and the support is virtually non-existent. 5 stars***** ****** has been our Dodge Construction/Blue Book *** for years. The customer services she provides us are excellent. She keeps us informed on all new project and events. Also, visits to our office to help us keep up with all the new programs and software tools to help us stay in the loop and gain the most out of everything Dodge Blue Book has to offer us. 5 starsI just want to say thank you to Dodge Construction for playing such a big role in helping our company grow faster. Before working with them, I came across a lot of negative reviews and wasnt sure what to expectbut I can confidently say those reviews were wrong.Dodge has been an incredible tool for connecting us with the right people to win contracts. The access they provide to thousands of general contractors is a game changer. But like anything, you get out of it what you put inyou have to do your part by bidding at the right time and following up consistently. If youre committed to the process, this platform can truly take your business to the next level.Our advisor has also been amazing. Shes always sharing valuable information and even helps us get in front of GCs.
