    ***************** Helpdesk.com handled my issue on behalf of its client, *************. ************* goes by many other names: ******************, *************, *****************, *****************, and many more. According to *******, customers have made numerous complaints against these aliases. Besides using multiple aliases making the underlying firm hard to deal with, many customers complain that the company makes unauthorized charges to the customer's credit card. This happened to me.Text's Helpdesk.com provides customer support for ************* ("DMVR" hereafter). On 8/15/25, I sent an email messages to ****************** regarding such illegitimate charges to my credit card. This was the first of 8 messages. Not until the 5th one did Helpdesk's agent, "#***" tell me the client was "*************." And rather than solve issues, most of his replies obfuscated them. In particular, my 8/18 message asked him to address 7 specific issues (e.g., ignoring several questions; claiming his client had refunded some charges to me even though I have no transactions with DMVR). But his reply ignores all of them. In short, the agent (if he's really a human) withheld legitimate information and explanations in a pattern more concerned with covering up DMVR's unethical, perhaps illegal, practices than telling the truth and reaching any kind fair, agreed upon settlement. In other words, rather than truly help me as a customer, **********************'s highest priority was to *** for its client.
