    EZE Castle Integration refuses to acknowledge requests to reduce services and the cancellation of our contract. It continues to aggressively bill our company for services that are not-rendered and outside the contract's scope. They refuse to accept cancellation requests, and the billing department is sending rapid-fire invoices, some revoked later, to intimidate and coerce fraudulent payments.A complete e-mail history is provided, including :-October 14th, 2022 | Formal Cancellation Notice ECI -October 14th, 2022 | ECI confirmation of cancellation -October 18th, 2022 | Formal 60-day termination of all ECI services provided by Artemis -October 18th, 2022 | ECI Cloud Confirmation of 60-day termination -November 18th, 2022 | Artemis requests to minimize ECI Cloud and reduce services, and drives -November 30th, 2022 | Artemis continues to request ECI Cloud minimization, disputes charges -January 15th, 2022 | ECI acknowledges receipt of payment for ECI Net paydown -ECINet paydown contract -Additional materials available upon request, including repeated billing disputes on ECI Cloud ECI continues to request billing well into 2023 on the above cancellations.

    The business has revoked some of the out-of-contract charges, but then issue additional one. 

    This is just a theory, but it seems like the company is issuing out-of-contract bills and then revoking them after the end of the quarter.
