1 starAbsolute horrible customer service and business practices. On July 25, 2024 I was charged for a yearly renewal. I closed my business two months after that and when I logged in the account, I saw there is no payment info on file so I thought I would not get charged for another renewal. Today, on July 25th, 2025 I saw a pending charge on my credit card and called support to cancel this renewal. Support told me that they already processed the payment and cannot issue any refunds. I explained to them that the charge is still pending and to look at my login activity to see that have not used their service in many months but the customer service *** said he can't do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they would not transfer me. I am hoping they will change their minds a issue a refund, otherwise I will contact my credit card to dispute or go to court for this. 1 starAbsolutely pathetic experience signed up for their services. The sales representative was sneaky and did not disclose the information regarding me getting limited minutes because they wanted to offset the prize for the activation fee. I was given three months for free and after three months the first bill that I received was Almost 4 times the price I was quoted so many fees I was not made aware of were added at the same time I was told that I only have limited minutes per month, and since I went over it, I have to pay for those calling, doesnt resulted in any resolution getting transferred from department to department no clear answer and now Im getting emails stating that they do not offer unlimited minutes at all using search engines and even trying to reach a representative by chat under an alias resulted in the representative stating that they do indeed offer unlimited minutes, stay away from themGoTo Technologies USA, LLC

This number is for grasshopper and I have services with GoTo connect!As per the sales representative they have unlimited calling minutes but as per their terms of service they can choose to give you limited minutes. ******. 1 starHorrible i will soon be sending them a demnd letter to take them to court after over 35 hours of my time wasted to just try to get my account back and my phone number NO ONE can help you everyone needs to transfer you and wait times are over 30 mins to one hour per call with no reolution except that they can tansfer you and they are not to wait on the line with you. so much of my time is wasted. I would NOT use them at NO cost even if it was free i would not use them becase they will lock up the numbers and you can't even port them out becuase there is no way to reach people in the right depart. the right department does NOT exisit. they offered me 6 months FREE i will NOT take it they are a scam. unless you want to change your number when you go to a new carrierReview fromCaleb V

1 starMy company used the GoTo Resolve Product. The product itself was ok, but the process to cancel the service (and card charges) was slimy. There is NO way to cancel the subscription or remove the payment method on the website. You have to call their customer support (which can take a while, was on hold for about 30 minutes) to get ANY subscription cancelled. Including the wait time, it took about 45 minutes to an hour to get the subscription cancelled. Completely unacceptable.GoTo Technologies USA, LLC

1 starPoor customer service! Been with ********************** for years. GoTo dramatically increased their pricing. Charged my CC with the new pricing. Called and cancelled after seeing the high price on my statement. They would not refund any money after the charge. Beware!GoTo Technologies USA, LLC

1 starVery disappointing experience - do not use this company! I have used Grasshopper via GoTo for about 4 years. Recently, I kept getting errors in setting up SMS texting when this process changed, and then my texts weren't going through. At this point, I decided to switch to ****** Voice. I tried to cancel my service BEFORE it renewed, but the procedure is not simple (you HAVE to call and speak with a representative). I was unable to reach anyone prior to my renewal date due to *long wait times*, and then was charged $400 auto-renewal. I've contacted them multiple times and requested to speak with a supervisor, and all they do is refuse any type of refund and continue to quote the Terms of Service to me, which feels patronizing and dismissive. Absolutely awful. At this point, I am no longer even invested in getting a refund - I just want to make sure no one uses this terrible service.Review fromcoby J

1 starIt is a nightmare to get approved for texting. They aren't up front about that so you will be paying monthly while waiting. Mine never did approved despite giving every document needed. I was waiting months for approval. I didn't want it for calling. I ended up cancelling and they wouldn't refund my money despite never using their product. 1 starI'd give zero if I could. Do not use these people for anything. Very mean customer service and charging me for a service I don't need and can't afford!I canceled service and they delayed getting back to me on purpose to let the contract date lapse. Multiple times I called I was put on eternal hold and then often a call would magically drop.They offered a smaller number of licenses (1 total) when I wanted to cancel and then they renewed me to a full 12 months more and refused to honor their offer to downgrade and are forcing me to pay for a service we do not use. They did not tell me we needed a 30 day cancelation notice until after they forced a one year renewal on our account without telling me.Customer service has been nasty and arrogant with flippant "thank you for your feedback" answers and attitude emails.Initially I thought this product was good, but the way they treat people, with no compassion or assistance is terrible. 1 starHave been with GoToConnect for a little over (6) weeks for phone service. We have been de-activated due to a billing error (we had 5 free months and they only entered 1 free month by accident and assumed we were past due on our account). A week later we were as offline due to a technical error on 10/14 for over (4) hours and were not able to receive or make calls- along with most of their customers. Today I called support, was transferred (6) times and on hold for an hour and a half, with no acknowledgement that I was even on hold, and still on the line. They de-activated a paid GoToAssist account- that was paid through 11/9/2024 and somehow de-activated that account as well "by accident". Now they are saying it will be 24 hours or more before they can get it working again. So twice- paid service was de-activated due to a billing errors- without notifications that were were being disconnected- even though it was not our issue in the first place. A (4) hour outage platform wide, where our company could not call out or call in- no apology, no explanation, no solution to keep it from happening again. All this in (6) weeks of NEW service.
