    Items were purchased 23 April 2025 shipping date was said to be 15 August ********************** June. Shipping date was delayed to 30 August ********************** August. Shipping notification was sent on September 5th but *** tracking still has no record of the shipment on 17 September 2025. Company is no longer responding to emails.

    I ordered products from their website. The order processed on April 24th. I never received anything about I'd the order was shipped. On May 8th I got impatient and requested a refund. I haven't received any type of reply from this request.

    I ordered a product from duckeycaps on may 3 and received an email confirming this. It has been over weeks and I havent received any follow up. I emailed them on may 17. But still havent heard back. I tried to email them again today and now the emails are coming back undeliverable. And this point I just want my money back.

    On April 10th, I placed an online order. The website states all shipments are processed within 1-4 days. It also states that cancellations can be made when the company is contacted via email or telephone prior to shipment. I reached out to Duckeys on April 28th because the shipment still has not been processed. I requested a cancellation of the order. The email response stated that pre-orders were being processed (I was not aware through any means that this was a pre-order). I responded that there were no indications this was a pre-order and it would fail to meet the timeline I needed the product by and please cancel the order (request #2 to cancel prior to shipment). The email response to that was that they were trying to fill all orders by Sunday. They failed to cancel the order or acknowledge the request for cancellation. I responded and informed them I had disputed the charge with my credit card company and would be filing a report with BBB since they are failing to adhere to their own advertised policies per their website.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Even prior to shipping or fulfillment the business claimed they were working it. I have received generic shipment ready emails over the last week after reaching out to cancel for their failure to provide as indicated in the original complaint. Today I finally received A response from the company saying that since it is so far in the processing phase, there was nothing they could do when they had ample time to fulfill it as promised or cancel the order prior. It has been sitting in the shipping but not picked up by *** for over a week at this point so even though it has not been picked up and it is still at their facility, they refuse

    Ordered a product from the company on March 2nd, after placing the order claimed it was a preorder. During no part of the ordering process was that mentioned. The expected delivery date has been delayed with no real updates, and when going to their website it says to contact their email about questions with your order, Ive reached out twice since Ive placed the order with no response. I want my money back and to never have the displeasure of working with this company again.
