    I have been attempting to contact them about my contract and they have yet to respond. I have tried serval times, email, phone call, text, for over a month and no one is responding. My daycare provider has also attempted to get in touch with them but they arent responding at all. I dont understand how a business does not respond to its costumers for over a month. I need to make adjustments which can only be done with NeighborSchools and they are not responding.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.


    I altered my my daycare provider, ***************,  that the company has yet to reach out to me. I told her I would be contacting BBB. *************** tells NeighborSchools that I will be contacting BBB. **************** then LIES and tells *************** that they have attempted to call me, which wasnt true.


    After **** Does tells NeighborsSchools that I am calling BBB, then and only then did NeighborSchools call. When I called them back, no response. When I texted, no one responded. It is right back to square one. I dont understand how a company could be so busy, that not one person could take the time, within the last 5-6 weeks, to return a customers call. 

     

    On September 2nd, the day I started this with BBB, is the only day the called me. Since then, no one has called or texted me back.

    Please forgive our slow reply to this complaint. Because the situation had been resolved directly with *******, we thought she was going to retract the complaint. 

    As a marketplace, we help both daycare providers and parents, and we often act as the intermediary between both groups. ******* is enrolled at Ms. ******* daycare, and there was some confusion about a payment ******* made to Ms. ****** ******* was trying to reach us, and unfortunately, we were in the midst of a team transition so it took us longer to reply to her than usual. We were able to get in touch with ******* and resolve the payment confusion, and I've attached a series of messages showing our correspondence with both ******* and Ms. ************************** the Chief Operating Officer, I take these complaints very seriously, and it is always our intent to deliver the best service to all of our customers. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions.
