Lets just start with the massage was perfectly fine, minus the fact the person massaging left 3 times and checked their phone during the massage. But the problem came when I went to pay. I payed the massage payment and tipped 10 dollars, which would equal to 15%. This is not food or something I need constant care for, it was also only ONE hour, so in my mind this doesnt need to be tipped 20%, also tips are NOT required but they are appreciated and I understand that. After I said the money was all set the person addressed that I only tipped 10, which I was fully aware of. Mind you I am a younger women so my father payed for me and gave me the exact amount he wanted me to pay. She mentions that normally people tip 20 % which is totally fine but that is not what I was given to tip and I was all set with my payment. She mentions this a few more times then pulls out a CALCULATOR for me to check that I was not giving her 20% . I dont know if she did this because I am a young women and she thought that because of that I would be easily manipulated. But it made me very uncomfortable and people can be so greedy. I will not be returning due to the uncomfortable situation and rudeness I received when leaving. And I have been up reading multiple reviews that say the exact same thing about demanding a tip. This is awful service and rude. They are doing nothing to fix this, or offering refunds because all they care about is the money, not the customers. I will be sharing this unhappy experience with many many people.
