    I purchased a single isle floor seat for Jane's ****************** pumpkins show on 10/16/22.I specifically purchased this ticket to this event because it was an isle seat in the second row. Upon arriving at the event I was told that the floor plan had been changed and they added seats between section A-B & B-C, meaning I was now stuck in the middle of a long row. 30+ people on one side & 14 on the other.I purchased an isle seat due to a medical condition which automatically became a problem & an issue because of the change in floor plan.I spent almost $900 on this ticket and it wasnt what I purchased. I spoke to their customer service at the ************ were unable to accommodate me with a comparable isle seat. I was told to email/call with my issue the following day, which I did & they have not returned my email or contacted me in any way.Fraudulent!!!!!! This was not the seat I paid for & their customer service is beyond poor!!
