    This business was tasked with making a warranty repair on my pressure washer back in 2023. It was a generac brand pressure washer, I filed a claim through Generac and this repair facility claimed they repaired it. I got the pressure washer back, used it once and it wouldntstart so I sent it back to the same repair facility where it sat there for an entire year before I had to call them back and ask them about it and thats when the owner told me that Generac isnt gonna warranty another motor without providing any proof of that so I then contacted Generac again reopened a new case file to get it repaired and Generac told me that pressure washer is now out of warranty. I told Generac that Tonys Stateline Power has been in possession of it for over a year while it wasstill in warranty and did nothing about it. And now when I tried to contact Tonys, they dont even respond back.

    So the initial problem occurred in 2023. It was brought back to them in the fall of 2024, regarding the same issue, and they have been in possession of the pressure washer since then. I have reached out to them several times, never once have they contacted me with any updates on the status of the issue.. I have multiple emails from generac stating this. And it was still under warranty while it was in possession of Tonis stat line power. Ive also havent gotten any response from generac either as to updates regarding this matter. Generac also hasnt been able to contact them as well

    Thank you for following up regarding this matter. I understand youre continuing to reaching out to Tonis. However what is the next course of action if youre not able to get ahold of them

    The unit was out of warranty the first time and they did a new engine under good will. Our certified Technician saw that there was rust in the carburetor the second time and reported his findings to Generac the info. Generac told us it was not under warranty the second time and they had called us on the behalf of the consumer so we believed the customer was informed by *******. We Did have the unit for a long time but not because we wanted to hold on to it (its never the case to keep someone's equipment any longer than we have to because we don't profit from that). I am sorry that this customer is un happy with the out come we also wish it had turned out better.  We were told by Generac the unit would not be honered a second time.  ***** is welcome to pick up the unit at any time.
