Return Policy for non-broken or non-defective items
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the day the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price, MINUS the shipping charges. Do not return merchandise without contacting the company first.
The item(s) must be returned in good condition, with all paperwork, inner packing to insure full credit. Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements. Your return MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing Slip to receive proper credit.
Return Policy for broken or defective items
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact me immediately. I will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact me within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting me first. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
If you refuse delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot be delivered, a 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded. - Business Categories
