      We had a very bad experience with, not only this company. The actual carpet seems fine and the installation seems to be done correctly. So what is the problem? The carpet was finally installed WEEKS after the scheduled time leaving my home upside down and my whole family displaced. We understand a delay but after the third delay we were furious. The installers left a big mess, locked the bathroom door after using it and did not even flushing the toilet, GROSS!!! We had to pick the lock to get the door opened much to our frustration. The whole experience was terrible but I guess if you have infinite patients, don't mind strangers using your facilities, which is fine, but then not even attempting to clean up after themselves both in the bathroom and in the big mess left for us after the instillation. *** took $100 off the price for our trouble but considering the weeks of frustration, I would have preferred to go elsewhere and after the second delay we tried to go elsewhere but this awful company refused to return our deposit. Terrible!

      I am very disappointed in this company. They delayed my carpet installation not once, not twice, but 3 times! I understood the first 2 times because it was a special order and I know that those are sometimes delayed, however, by the third time where they were not giving a new date but instead were saying..we think it will be sometime after Labor day, I was furious. They only gave me a $100 credit and an installation date that they finally honored after I had threatened to complain to the Better Business Bureau. Once the installation people finally came, they left such a mess! Dust, carpet fibers and pieces everywhere. They install carpets yet they do not carry a vacuum with them and simply swept the carpet with a broom which accomplished nothing! They left a trail throughout the house where they were coming in and out. Worst of all one of the installers used the bathroom and didn't even flush the toilet, gross! We only discovered that he did not flush the toilet after he had left and where we also discovered that we had to pick the lock to get back into the bathroom because he had locked the door and closed it behind him. The installers had my husband sign a document in which he stated that he was satisfied with the service. Yes, he was satisfied with the actual carpet installation, however, he did not take into consideration the big mess that they left behind and did not take care of before they left. If I had filled out that document, you can bet it would have been completely ************, between the fact that they delayed the installation 3 times, leaving my house upside down due to the fact that we had prepared the rooms for the first installation date by moving everything out except the beds (we were not going to put everything back because the first delay was only supposed to be a week and it ended up being over a month) and the bad installation experience, I would never recommend this company. Buyer beware.

      I had a great experience with National carpet direct . They arrived on time, got straight to work, and were very prompt throughout the service. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Highly recommended!

      *** was professional and efficient from start to finish. Sales *** was informative offered a variety of selections and did not pressure to purchase. Install team was prompt, did a fabulous job and was cleaned up within 2 hours. Would highly recommend ***!

      Breach of contract. We ordered 12 mm Mohawk Premium Laminate flooring. National Floors Direct delivered 10 mm Mohawk Select laminate flooring. Up on noticing the difference, prior to any flooring being installed, I contacted customer service. They offered me $200 credit. Upon contacting numerous other ****** dealers I found the cost difference between the 10 mm vs 12 mm flooring is just over was approximately $1300. *** finally increased their offer to $600. Rejecting the offer, and informing them that they were in breach of contract they stated the only way to get my 50% deposit ($7000) back was to hire an attorney and submit a demand letter. *** never provided me with any communication about the flooring being changed from 12mm to 10mm. It appears they were attempting to install a lesser grade/quality flooring and were going to try to hide under the statement below: ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prior to commencement of installation, all materials are to be inspected by the customer or the designated responsible party. Once the customer or their designated responsible party affirms that the correct color, style and quality of materials are on site, installation will commence. After installation commences, no claim for color, style or quality of materials will be accepted. It appears the *** has no business ethics and took the cowards way out, instead of admitting they were at fault and refunding my deposit they want to get lawyers involved and go through the legal system. So we will see who prevails, someone that is going to stand with morals and ethics, or a company that is displaying neither!

      They did a excellent job. The carpent is easy to clean, stain-resistant, durable and comfortable. The color was just what we wanted. I highly recommend National Floors Direct you won't be disappointed. Great job!

      I am writing review for ************************** for flooring installation. If there will be less than 1 rating, then I should love to go for that rating. Please don't work with them. Below is the reason why,It was a bad day for me when the salesperson **** visited my place. For my approx. 500 sqft room he quoted around 7000 USD and after negotiation we settled for 4100. He mentions i no need to pay anything extra and warranty will be lifetime, literally he told he wants to give me a peace of mind for my floor.During the day of installation, they send few sub-contractors with material. I shocked why third-party sub-contractor. I could have done the same work through them purchasing material by my own.This is not ending the sub-contractor asked me there is more work requires in my home for which they charged me 500 USD extra. After several discussion with national floor direct and contractor i don't have any other option open so i paid them 500 USD.The salesperson **** who promised me to provide peace of mind never ever picked up my call that day.yet it is not over the warranty letter whatever they have given it is mentioned national floor direct gives 90 days warranty after that it will be manufacturer *********** please don't do any installation with them . If you want to do carpet, vinyl or wood floor installation please purchase best material from store. There is a chance that you'll get with a discounted price and contact some local contractor for floor installation labor, and they will install for you.

      Salesmen is very persistent i get it , its a business. This finally day of install they cant not install flooring they cant not completed due to the door threshold. "Tells me get the install without the proper strip for the floor" .Then tell him id like to cancel he said no refunds. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE.

      Spent $10k on flooring 3 years ago and the subcontractors did a complete hack job. They come out at least 3 times to replace cracked boards and now its so bad the whole thing needs to be replaced because they never installed the sub floor I paid for. Buyer beware!!!

      This was such an easy transaction the salesman was kind and courteous. The installers were professionals like they were working on their own home. Molding matched my previous molding exact. Arrived on time installation was smooth. And after the installation I get a call from office to see if Im happy with all the services I told her very happy from start to finish my floor looks beautiful. Thank you
