On May 9th 2021, I dropped off my wife's 2003 ******** C230 to Sun and Sound for a sunroof repair. Prior to dropping it off I had called and explained in detail that her sunroof was not opening or closing but the motors were working. A Sun and sound employee assured us they would be able to fix the issue. When I dropped it off, I still explained clearly in detail that the sunroof needs to be fully repaired to open and close. A few hours later, I receive a call letting me know the work has been completed and I paid $294 for the service by debit card. They left the keys in the car for me and I picked up the car today may 8th. However the sunroof is still not repaired as I was told. The receipt simply states 'close sunroof' as the service. I cannot be charged almost $300 to simply close a sunroof yet the service we discussed was totally different. I was quoted roughly $125 per hr to fix the sunroof and I am wondering what exactly was done since it still does not open as I expected.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/06/15) */ The customer came in with a ******** with the moonroof jammed open. We were successful in closing and securing glass panel and offering an estimate to repair. The cost was for labor time required to close and secure glass panel.
