- All returns must be in new condition with all parts and packaging. Items that have been installed are non-returnable unless defective. Items returned for refund can get a cash refund within 7 days of purchase. Store credit is offered on returns after 7 days but before 30 days. Returns are generally not allowed after 30 days, although there are exceptions. Mobile electronics are nonreturnable unless unopened in package. Wheels that have had tires mounted are nonreturnable. Special order items may be subject to a restocking fee. Defective items are returnable within the manufacturer's warranty period.
