    In December of 2021 I purchased three ME-MW-E network devices which connected my home inverters to Senesata servers (*********************) for the purpose of remote monitoring. In June of 2025 I noticed that on the monitoring site at the bottom of the page in small font the text "Sensata support of these products ends Dec 31, 2025." I have reached out to Sensata via phone and email muitiple times with no response. At no point at durring the purchase of these devices, durring the account creation or device setup was it commuicated to me that the web monitoring would be discontinued at any point in the future. Additionally the users manual makes no mention of a life cycle for the service.

    It is not our practice to publicly discuss the specifics of interactions with customers in a public forum.  However, there is public facing information available regarding the products discussed in the complaint. 

     

    First, it should be noted that our standard terms and conditions of sale provide a procedure for handling alleged warranty issues during the relevant warranty period.  Any claim regarding the product would need to be assessed against the warranty period and coverage.  We remain committed to keeping our contractual commitments.

     

    Second, certain product lines, including certain ************* products, were acquired by ********* (see press release from ********* here *********************************************************************).  Individuals seeking additional information on ************* related products after the sale should contact ********* regarding such products.  In particular, ********* may be able to provide additional information regarding the future of support for such products post sale.

    I have one of their products that is still under warranty it is a MS2000 serial number ********* that has failed and I have called and left messages with their Technical Support, Sales, General Product line no response I have emailed them at the same departments and still no *********** has been over 30 days and at least 5 voicemails, 4 emails without hearing anything.I really need help this product is what helps maintain power to our home in case of outages and cost around $2000.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    This has been the problem I have called them several times left VM, I have emailed them several times and different departments and I contacted them on LinkedIn and with LinkedIn I was told someone would contact me. Then I provided my work and pewrsonal email and never have heard from them.

    This is I feel not exceptable.
