    This office does not send/print bills for insurance provider and payer of services. I can not pay a bill and prepare to pay services when there is no bill to review. Treatment and services are not done on paper so many adjustments are made that I the customer dont know what I am paying for. I have spoke to

    They are refusing to provide the records I need to get care at another Dental Practice. I am leaving the practice after they tried to bait and switch then fast talk me into care that I didn't need. I had planned 5 months before hand with at the time my dentist. That dentist then left the practice and while trying to get an emergency treated the new dentist tried fast talking me into doing ****s of dollars more of work. Because I have worked in the industry I called them out about it and then they quickly said they would continue as planned which seemed very shady and I still was about to do the treatment anyways. That was until they told me misinformation about my insurance policy and tried getting me to pay in full. At this point I have spent close to 4 weeks trying to get me records.

    We are responding to this complaint as it is an unfair description of events. Although we are restricted by HIPAA laws as to whether this person is a patient of our office or not, I can assure you that records are always sent within 30 days from a request that is required by law. 

    We did unfortunately have an associate move home to ********** to be closer to family which did require her patients to be seen by another doctor. I can assure you that all treatment recommended by our team is to help our patients meet their optimal oral health. We simply give our patients their options for treatment along with financial planning options in hopes that they will consider moving forward with their recommended treatment. To help offset our patients copayment amount, we offer a discount if the patient chooses to pay their copayment in full prior to their appointment. This discount is for both insurance and non insurance holding patients. A copayment is calculated based on the insurance coverage a patient may or may not have and the discount is deducted from the copayment should the patient choose to pay ahead of their scheduled appointment. 

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this unfair complaint against our business that has had an excellent long term standing within our community. Our goal is always to provide an outstanding patient experience to as many people in our community as possible. Thank you.
