I took my vehicle for a routine check and a noise coming from the rear passenger shock and they couldn't identify the problem and said the shocks were ok. I had to go back and the manager who is an expert at giving you a runaround was able to catch it right away but I was not given any further assistance nor reimbursement as I was charged for an "expert check" for approximately 100 dollars. Had to go back there today as either the vehicle is consuming oil or they just didn't put the right amount in it when they did the oil change as I got a low oil warning and had to stop it off which hasn't decreased since. They suggested a tire replacement and quoted a set of tires for double their worth in the market. They also give vague explanations just to avoid all responsibility as no exhaust flow is supposed to be present when opening the oil reservoir with the engine running. By the way, a compression test shouldn't take hours as just removing the spark plugs does the trick. You people only care about making money and not providing good service. Just trying to warn others to avoid MIRAK at all cost. Don't bother replying to this message nor calling me, you guys should be out of business. Wish I had seen your reviews before buying the vehicle from you.

      I also have had a terrible time dealing with this company. I bought a 2024 ******* here. The front sensor fell out of its mounting in the front grill. The service manager ***** ********* told me it was because the car had been backed into. He then proceeded to look at the bumper and tell me there was a scratch on the bumper which probably means he was right. Its important to understand my car has only 2040 miles on it. It mostly has been in my garage after I bought it. I went to look at the bumper, rubbed the scratch with my thumb and shirt sleeve and behold the scratch (watermark) came off. No scratch after all. He still said it was someone who backed into me. The HR person, ****** *******, was with me and told me it wasnt right and was going to have the ** **** ****, call me. Im waiting ************ has separated sales and service so that sales says we cant help.Their people lie, yell at you, talk over you and in general are just rude. Be prewarned if you buy from this company you deserve the treatment they give you

      Worst experience EVER.I drove 1 hour to test drive an suv after confirming twice with the dealership that the suv is ready and set an appointment , when i arrived there they made wait 20 minutes to bring the car, and after that they told me that they cant find the car nor the keys.The salesman was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and made me feel low. And the manager passed next to me without even saying a thing like nothing happened. They didnt do anything whatsoever to de-escalate the situation, the salesman told me to come back again and hes not a magician to find the keys.I left with the salesman laughing and saying babyeee .

      Very sorry to hear that the vehcle was not ready for you Jad. While it is no excuse we have well over 500 units on the property, but knowing that you were coming this prep work should have been done prior to your arrival. I apologize that that did not happen and that your were not treated properly during your visit once the issue did occur. We would be more than happy to bring it to you at your home or office this week so that your visit was not wasted and that you can indeed stil purchase the vehicle if you wish.

      I brought my car in for two things. The right side passenger door was not locking correctly and the roof window was not working. (that is what I originally brought it in for) I was told the warranty would cover the locks (all good and well)I get a call a 3 weeks later letting me know that the "window regulator" is not working properly either, so therefore they were unable to replace the lock, which is BS. After speaking with other sources, I found out that the window did not have to be touched in order to fix the locks. I was told that it would cost me $1300 out of pocket to fix the window b/c the warranty company wouldn't cover it. Upon picking it up I was told that now my passenger side back window doesn't work - this was not disclosed on the phone. I expressed that I do not have $1300 to dish out right now to fix it - but the bottom line is the window is now NOT working; however, the window WAS working prior to bringing it in. I still had to pay the diagnostics fee on something that your service department was not able to fix. Your service department had the car for 3 weeks, and nothing was fixed, I kept on checking back and was told "no updates yet" While I was on vacation, a s**** had come off the door they were putting back together. After a lot of going back and forth, your service department is fixing their mistake and fixing the window at their expense. The managers at your service department are VERY rude - I kept on being told that "this is the last time, and this doesn't go any further?" WTF does that even mean as the car is still under warranty. As far as I am concerned, this is their fault, not mine, so why am I getting the grunt of it. The car is in worse shape now than when I brought it in, and I have 3 kids, so why didn't they just fix the lock as I asked? If something happened, the liability would have been on your service department. Horrible experience. We've given your dealership a lot of business.

I understand that you are upset that your warranty did not cover the specific repair needed, but we tried to do right by you and covered the needed repair at no cost to you. The fcat thta you still left and felt compelled to post this review clearly means there is a deeper issue that I'd be happy to address.

      I recently purchased a 2019 *** M2 from Mirak Chevrolet in *********, **, and my experience has been a nightmare. Initially, the car seemed fine, but the tires were seven years old with severe dry rot, and three sound system tweeters were blown. My salesman agreed to replace the tires but never did. Despite being assured the tires were safe, an inspection shop failed the car due to the bad tires. The dealership's service manager argued the car was safe and refused to replace them. The finance manager accused me of falsifying my rejection sticker and insisted their inspector would pass it. which is sketchy in itself.I had to buy new tires after being promised replacements. Additionally, I was misled about my warranty. They sold me a "premium" tire warranty but capped claims at $3000, making it useless. I paid for premium coverage but was given basic, despite assurances there were no limits. The dealership either lied or bait-and-switched my coverage.I cannot recommend this dealership. I would undo this deal if I could. They should refund me for new tires, tweeters, inspection fees, and the faulty tire warranty.       Bring it by any time of course if the tires need to be replaced we will replace them. You can also cancel any warranty covearge you are unhappy with while you are here. We'd be happy to check the speakers as well while you are here so just let us know when you want to bring it in?

      It looks like you have spoken to folks in both our sales and service department including management so I do not feel our responsiveness is at the heart on tyhe issue. From our records I am assuming you are referring to the 2009 Sonata you purchased back in 2022 but either way we are here to assist with any issues you may be having with any vehicle you have purchased with us.

      Great language on their website "We treat every customer with respect, and operate on the principles of honesty and integrity at all times, which means you're working with people who are putting your needs first." TOO BAD IT ISN'T TRUE. This dealership harbors dishonesty, unresponsiveness and unprofessional behavior and it is condoned.

      I am only giving one start because I cannot give 0. This business is HORRENDOUS at customer service and communication. They are highly unprofessional and incredibly difficult to deal with. Not only did it take me months to get my car, but I had to constantly reach out for updates and information. Following this, they made promises to right their wrongs in the form of paying for oil changes, and when I submitted receipts, it again took months to hear from them. I still have not been compensated, and have reached out countless times - even including the manager. I highly recommend refraining from doing any sort of business with this company. I have never written a negative review about any company or product until now, because I am beyond frustrated, as well as completely shocked about how little this company cares about its customers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
