    I signed my *** son up for tutoring ****** said do to his ASD I would only have to give a 30 notice for ending services . He started july 1st however she asked if we have any vacations she requires 2 week noticed I did reveal yes we had August vacation. To which is why now complaint is being filed she NEVER disclosed that the offices would be close for vacation until I was out of state she offered families to pick up packets which I was unable to do because I was out of state so my son wasn't giving services as were weren't told . upon receiving the email of vacation that was when my son was set to start . I sent her an email asking if on the week of Aug 29th if we can make up some time lost , she NEVER RESPONDED .I brought my son in and to which I and other families witnessed her allowing them to make up hours. I think said she over charged me because we were dropping math to focus more on Reading . She got very mean called my son stupid send she will only refund the 200 over charge and was being kind enough to let use end services. I request the refund fir Aug and said I want a full refund for Sept why would I continue with how she was speaking about my son and being unfair. I reached out to Kumon headquarters spoke with compliant department. I said I have done such and she also hasn't returned call . I have emails supporting my cause of full refind
