Do not ever take your treasured items to ******** Jewelers. Our experience was a nightmare and I will never set foot in that store again. *************************** was just horrible to work with, and I couldn't believe the way he treated his customers. We brought our high end watch to him (after other recommedations thinking it was safe) June 6th.His son took in the watch, said we had to wait for ***** to tell us yes or no. After waiting 3 weeks for a response ***** said yes.A month went by texted him for an update (NO PARTS) End of August came, Parts came in but the "WRONG PARTS" asked when the correct parts were coming was told ***** days. Waited till October No parts. He would hardly respond to repeated texts.Had to call the store to even get an aswer. November came nothing, then he told me call me Friday (believe it was the week after Thanksgiving) making it seem like the parts were coming. NO PARTS.Would hardly respond to text again. We are now at the end of December asked for the watch back.He said he didn't have the watch it was w his repair man.I said ok I'm coming Tuesday for the watch.Went to the store. NO watch it was "lost", came back on Saturday waited 2 hours NO watch still lost.He persisted to say why did I bring the watch to him, when he told me no.No person in their right mind would have left a high end watch w a Jeweler if they said NO 6 months ago.Then asked me how the watch was broken, accused me of lying. I told him I just want our watch back please so we can discontinue this relationship. He said I OWED *******$ for the INCORRECT PARTS HE ORDERED. ***** would ever pay for incorrect parts.He told me to give him a week to find the watch.I had to get in writing from him he'd pay for the value of the watch if its lost, filed a complaint at this point w the Attny Gen.Texted him he had until Saturday the 13th of Jan to locate our watch. after waiting 2 hours the watch appeared 7+ Mos nothing fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. Was a horrible experience.
