            The date of transaction: 12/11/22 Payment Amount: $99.00 The business committed to mailing out an Andover Audio Songbird. My wife ************************* ordered the item. The dispute is I want to return the item because I cannot get it to work. I'm within Andover's return rules and return window. The trouble is, I have to contact Andover for return details and I cannot reach them despite many attempts. Contact attempts have included roughly four emails (no response), roughly four text messages (no response), roughly 10 calls (no pick-up and full voice mail box). All of these contact attempts were with use of contact information given by Andover Audio.The order number is ***** and the tracking number was 1ZA4A1080396085100 I would like to be contacted back by Andover Audio to begin, and complete, a return and refund.
