    I bought a book for college but I'm unable to use it. My copy is locked into a specific web site one only one of my computers. I can't view my book without logging into this website. A paper copy should be available to buy vs a one-time no notice print of over 100 pages. These limitations to view this book were not advertised in advance.

    This situation has been resolved with the consumer. Here is the email that was sent to him trying to resolve the issue:

    Hi ****,

    We're sorry that you ran into some confusion about your recent purchase from us. 


    The amount that you paid covers the permissions costs back to the author for use of the materials. Because those are copyrighted materials, we have security features in place for all of our digital materials that require you to register with us and perform a very basic change to your settings in Adobe Reader (which is a free software). 

    The school, not us, requires that the materials are not to be sold as a print copy. 

    I've gone through your interactions with our support team, and it looks like you registered on the wrong site initially, and then we tried to help walk you through the process that every other ************** student follows to print their materials.
