            We won a $500 gift card from Straight ************* Washing at a charity auction for which we paid $200. We purchased the power washing for our patio and barn. Only once we received the gift card did it say **** sq ft house. We have called multiple times to work our a compromise since our home was just painted and doesn't need powerwashing. We have asked him to do a patio and now we have asked for him to do a barn that has siding and is substantially smaller than the ***************************************************** text, he makes no attempt to compromise and simply tells ** to get our money back from the charity. no longer get him to respond to ** even if we wanted to do the house per the gift card. The charity is unable to refund ** the money. We have tried in vain and now he blocks our calls and texts.We would request he power washes the barn or honors the gift card if we were able to sell it for the $200 we spent.

            I hired the Straight Shooters on a great recommendation from our designer, and she was completely confident that **** and his team would take her design and make it a reality. She was correct, they did an excellent job from start to finish. I highly recommend using the Straight Shooters for any remodeling.
