    I went to the dealership on 12/21/2024 to see about purchasing a car, since they reached out to me to see if I would like a car. My son ********* and I drove to the dealership, and we did purchase a new car. With that being said we were supposed to receive a $500 gas card for purchasing a new car, as of 04/29/2025 I have not received the card. The salesman that helped me is no longer at the dealership. I was advised that the $500 was included in the price of the car, which I fell is illegal and I should keep after them until I receive it. I have reached out to them numerous times and have not gotten anywhere. No return calls are anything. This is poor customer service.

    We issued a check since we did not want to mail a gift card in the mail.  Check number 20897 for $500.00 was issued on Jan 14th, 2025.  Please advise if the address listed on the check attached is not the correct address.

    12/10/2024 I had my vehicle towed from **** *** *********** ***** ****** ** ** **** ***** ****** ********* ** ***** due to brakes being locked up. 12/22/2024 I had the vehicle towed from *** ******** *** ******* **, and back to Front Street, due to brakes locking up again. I received the run around about what the issue was. I was told I needed Front brake caliper pads and fuse panel. I spoke with the service manager ****, and he stated "no sir I am not going to be just changing parts out just to be changing them and it's not going to correct the problem" I told them to stop working on it and I had it towed to another shop on 01/06/2025 in West Monroe LA. I am requesting a refund of 1409.00 That is all fees minus towing, and I gave the original part back to them.

    When Mr ******* 2008 Ram 1500, vin #******** was brought in on Dec 10,2024, the scan report showed it needed an abs module.  I have attached those for review.  When it was brought back in on Dec 24th, the code for brake fluid level low was the only code that presented.  This was determined to be a sensor in the reservoir.  The techs drove the truck and could not duplicate the issue, so they proceeded to perform a temperature test on it.  They were in the process of pulling the drivers side wheel off because the caliper was engaged, when Mr. ******* told them to stop and not proceed with any more diagnostics or repairs.  He brought the module back and left it on ****, the service managers,  desk.  **** tried to call him twice to let him know if the module was a bad part then we could get the parts store to warranty it.  Mr ******* did not answer or return the calls.  I would like to see the repair ticket and scan reports from the shop that performed the repairs.

    I am rejecting this response because: on 12/10/24 the brakes on my truck locked up. I had my vehicle towed to Winnsboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep. The problem was supposed to have been fixed to my knowledge. That was not the case. My brakes locked up again on 12/22/24. I had the vehicle towed back to Winnsboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep. So, then I was told I needed new brake calipers. They removed my left front brake caliper, and then **** also stated I needed new calipers. I said, "No I don't need calipers, put the wheel back on and I will take it for a second opinion". Honestly if I needed new brake calipers why was it not brought to my attention on the initial date of 12/10/2024. I was also told when I picked the truck up after the first tow on 12/10 that someone test drove it because they could not duplicate the problem. Upon pick up of my truck I had vacuum hoses loose and the condenser fan was disconnected. Which led me to believe the truck was test driven. I don't understand how I ended back at Winnsboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep on the date of 12/22/2024 with a duplicated problem. I also have no missed calls from the establishment. So, the end result I am still hoping for is a refund of 1,409.00. That is the total for parts and labor that I paid out of pocket. I am not requesting a refund for towing fees.

    On 9/19/2023 I purchased a 2019 ford fusion titanium from this business. Paid 9,000 dollars down payment, financed around 11,000. Included was a 3,000 dollar bumper to bumper warranty. Since purchasing this vehicle it has had multiple problems. Shaking and looseness in the front end, loud humming and vibration, fluid leaking, low fluid levels, etc. This dealership refuses to acknowledge my complaints and fix the issues I presented to them despite the vehicle being under warranty. They have flat out lied to me about checking fluid levels that I know they did not check because when I asked the service tech about it he stated to me that “he didn’t know anything about it and was not told to check said fluids.” I want my money back or my vehicle properly cared for and fixed asap.

    Mr. ******** was here this morning with the Fusion in the service dept.  I spoke with Mr. ********.  At this point we had already repaired the brakes and ordered new tires for the car.  I told him the tires were scheduled to be in tomorrow, and we would replace those.  He was concerned that the transmission fluid was not checked, I spoke with my service manager and he had checked the fluid himself and found it to be full of fluid.  We did all of this service after the sale and at our expense. We have not ignored his complaints and have addressed each of his concerns.
