    On 10/23 I visited Tommy's Express Car Wash in West Monroe, Louisiana. As my vehicle was going through the wash the entire car wash shut down, when it did, the front of my vehicle was damaged. I did what most people would do, Immediately after the wash I parked, went inside and told the attendant. She collected my info and walked outside to take pictures. I was told that the manager would get my info and be in contact with me. I have called the location along with the location in Monroe, owned by the same company NUMOUROUS times to speak to a manager or someone who could help me, nothing.... I have not received a call from anyone. I called today, explaining the situation and to get a Corp number or the owners number and was told they do not give out contact info. I told them that I've done everything that I can do to contact the manager and cannot get a call back and the store personnel cannot help me with the issue so where does that leave me? At the mercy of a manager that will not return calls or messages. I even went as far as to contact the car wash on facebook, hoping that the messenger was someone in the main office that could help me, Dead end there as well.

    > This incurs that they kept my debit card information without permission after saying they wouldn't and charging me automatic payment renewal after they said they wouldn't
    > When requested a refund I am refused to speak with management of any kind

    > Overall negative impacted customer service all around
    > This business is unprofessional as it gets
