On May 14, 2025 at 10:51am *************************** towed my ******************************************* ********* LA to H3137**35323238313833H in ********* LA. My vehicle arrived at the dealership ****************** between 11-11:15am.May 15, 2025 at 1:21pm I received a call from ******* at H3137**35323238313833H explaining that there is "severe damage" to my transmission and it would be an extensive job- asked if I had any extended warranty and told me to let them know what I wanted to do. At 1:32pm I called ******* back and asked for an estimate of damage costs to be repairs in which he responded "about $12,000 worth of work. At 2:26pm I contacted **** Owner Assistance (FOA) to open a case and see what they could assist with in fixing my vehicle because it is only 3 years old. *******, my case handler, reached out to Robichaux and asked for a quote with prices, parts, and labor- he was told by Friday (May 19, 2025) they would have it to **** Owner Assistance. May 19, 2025 at 9:18 am I reached out to FOA to get an update, they stated they were still waiting on the quote from Robichaux. At 9:28m I contacted Robichaux and they told me they were working to get the numbers to FOA by that afternoon. May 20, 2025 at 10:23am I contacted FOA for an update, they stated they were still waiting on a quote from ****. At 10:38am I contacted Robichaux and they told me they were working to get the numbers to them by that afternoon- I expressed my frustration with the situation and they explained they were working on it. May 21, 2025 at 9:55am I contacted *** and they again explained they had no quote from the dealership. My Fianc&#***; contacted Robichaux and they were extremely rude to him, told him they were actively working on my car, and told him "If you want to just come get your car now you can". At 3:21pm I contacted Robichaux and asked for a copy of the quote to be emailed to me- I have yet to receive it. May 22, 2025 *************************** was sent to the dealership, by me, to pick up my vehicle. At 7:42am I notified Robichaux that the wrecker was on the way. ******* explained that was fine because **** (FOA) contacted the dealership yesterday and asked that the entire car be "tore down" to diagnose where the problem came from, they (FOA) would not cover any of that payment, once the source of the issue was found they would then send a quote and **** would assist me further, and stated its 16 hours of labor to tear down my vehicle. At 8:08am I spoke with *****, a **** Service Representative, explained that there was a note in my case that Robichaux contacted FOA yesterday afternoon (5/21/2023)and told them that they cannot diagnose the issue without tearing my car completely down. I have since removed my vehicle from this dealership. I do not believe they ever looked at my vehicle. I do not understand how they came to the conclusion of a new transmission and $12,000 with of work but have never written up an official quote and now are blatantly lying and saying they have to tear down the vehicle per FOA requirements and stating its 16 hours worth of labor. I believe this was all made up and fraudulent in hopes to "fool me" because I am a young female. I am confident in these accusations as well considering we are 7 days exactly that my car was at this dealership and I have yet to receive an actual quote or anything in writing stating diagnostics and pricing.
