    I was served with a 5 day notice to leave the property and in the notice it mentioned they would prorate the rent til we moved out. We paid rent for October and we officially moved out yesterday my wife has called them 3 times today October 15th 2024 they didn't answer her calls at all my mother in law called and they acted like they didn't know we was moving and then said they needed look at the property first. We just need the remainder of the money back being we didn't stay the whole month.

    Upon inspection on 10/04/2024, we discovered that tenant had two dogs in the home.  One dog was approved but the other was not and it was a clear breach of contract.  I am enclosing pictures taken during inspection to show that an inspection was indeed done on the property.  There was an unrefundable  pet deposit for one of the dogs.  The owner decided at this point that she wanted to have the tenants evicted for breach of contract.  The highlighted animal portion of the contract is enclosed. 

    Tenant was pro-rated October rent. Attached is a copy of the check that Mr. ****** received and cashed.  He turned the keys into our office on October 17, 2024 and the prorated rent was returned to him on the same day.
