    I'm opening up a salon. I ordered 2 styling chairs, a shampoo system, etc from ******* Beauty back in the beginning of June. The shampoo system was back ordered till June 28th, so I knew it would be awhile till it came in but it finally shipped early last week. I was told by the original shipping company, ******* Freight, that they only deliver to commercial addresses and since my business is located in a building that's technically residential another company would be making the delivery. They told me to expect a call by Friday, July 12th, from Hackbarth to schedule delivery. When they confirmed the number to call for delivery I told them the number they had was not the number Hackbarth needed to call and I gave them the correct number to call. I got a call Friday morning at 7:30a to set up a delivery that day. I had to work all day so that was a no go, so I asked for Monday. They said that would work, same time frame 2p-6p. Well today was the day. I went and waited from 1:30p to 7:30p. No phone call, nothing. So I called the company at around 5:30p, attempting to get an ETA. I was then told I didn't have a delivery set for today. The lady I spoke to told me she would contact someone and give me a call back. In the mean time, I called the first shipping company to see if there was anything they could possibly do, and of course they said since the package is no longer in their possession it's out of their hands. So I call back Hackbarth and spoke to another representative, who then told me they pretty much don't know exactly where the package is. It could be on a truck or it could be at the warehouse and I could wait till about 7p to see if they show and if I hadn't heard by 7p they probably don't have it on a truck. I paid $421.89 for shipping and the company doesn't even know where my package is. I'm sorry that's unacceptable. I have a plumber coming tomorrow to install a shampoo bowl I don't have. I have to be working by Thursday! This is unacceptable!

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Hackbarth Delivery regarding complaint ID ********. The company I originally ordered from, ******* Beauty, was kind enough to refund me half of my shipping for everything I went through. We still have a wire down from when the truck finally showed up the next day to deliver and pulled down a cable wire.
