    Da Silva Construction abandoned the contract and did poor workmanship on everything he touched. ********* told me that he is lying about the matter and claiming he finished. As a result, Im posting a THOROUGH review including contract and workmanship and photos.Da Silva demolished our kitchen and left us that way for ***FIVE WEEKS***, and 7 months later, it's still not done: improper duct work, electrical flaws, cooktop fire, damaged new appliances and counters, hole under sink, poor and incomplete back door installation and construction, no work done on main door whatsoever, improper and incomplete flooring and closet installation, stole personal property, poor workmanship on exterior paint job and gutters has led to severe water damage internally and externally, improper fence construction led to buckling fence, damaged personal property during work (coffee table, fence, home supports, historical window, paint on concrete), rescinding of verbal contracts, harassment and defamation of my character to local neighbors as retaliation for informing them of his fraudulent mistreatment of us.We had to hire another crew to come finish his work, and almost all of his work needs to be redone. He is no longer accepting calls, and has failed to reply to some 30+ emails where records verify his verbal contracts with us and our expectations for a finished job. For all of the above work, we have paid roughly $70,000 for labor and materials, and most of it needs to be redone. We want Da Silva Construction to make it right, and fix poor workmanship, reimburse us for the cost of having other contractors finish his work, and finish the work that is still left here.
