    Ark-La Tex Tree Service conducted some tree trimming business on the property next door to my house on Thursday, 2/27.

    I saw them via my security camera. Upon returning to my house after my day of work, I noticed several issues on my property.

    I contacted the owner of Ark-La Tex Tree Service, by phone to inform him of what I noticed.
    I told him I was expecting them to no longer use their equipment on my property, lawn and driveway included.

    I also told him I was expecting him to fix the damages you inflicted on my property:
    1) Replace the broken lattice around my trashcans, or at the very least provide me with a new panel.
    2) Make sure my lawn is even again using topsoil.
    3) Reposition the bricks (that were removed by one of their worker) on the side of my driveway correctly.

    They came back the next day to finish their work next door and did not fix any of the issues. I contacted the owner again, he denied he did any damages, despite me having video evidence, and became rude, using foul language.

    At this point, I want a refund of what it will cost me to do the repairs myself: $30.89 for the lattice and $5.36 for two bags of top soil (at $2.28 per bag). Plus the taxes. Plus $60 for the time it will take me to gather the supplies and to fix everything. That brings to a total of $100.
